I ordered £70 worth of products. The website says 1-2 days delivery - it’s been two weeks. The company’s website has disappeared and they have not replied to any of my emails. It’s a shame because I liked their products but out of all the times I’ve ordered from them, they only delivered without issue ONE TIME. The absolute least they could do is just send an email to people that have ordered and say something like “sorry we have now shut down, here’s your refund”. To completely disappear with everyone’s money over night is fraudulent.

I Ordered the hair growth oil 3 weeks ago. Haven’t received it even though it was supposed to be express delivery 1-2 days.
I have emailed 3 times no response to either email. A problem referred to in other reviews.
I have since requested a refund again no refund or response to my request. Referred to by previous reviews lack of refund

This is clearly a company that does not care about their customers. Very, very poor.

Please REFUND me the money owed

Worst experience ever!! I paid 70 euros for the hair growth set and I never got it. They provided a fake tracking number. Jess from Eleganza just kept telling me "Ohh now they will send a replacement. Now They have sent a replacement". When I asked for the tracking number of the replacement. Jess stopped replying. A total scam!!

It seems a scam shop. I ordered Growth Hair Oil on January 4. The order number is 156774. Unfortunately, I have not received my order yet; it has been a month now, and the delivery time is 3 to 5 days.
Customer support is not responding too.

These products are really incredible and they work extremely well. I love the feel of the cream/balm and I can see a physical difference. I also ordered the hair care set after this and it works from the first use. The shampoo and hair oil are both very good. I can see a difference in breakage after first use. Just ordered the crystal mask and I can’t wait to use that too.

Not recieved my order in the suggested timeline and neither have i heard from the Sales mail id that has been provided for any queries regarding the product. Now I want to cancel my order but there's no way to do the same and they don't respond to your queries at all.

I am a huge fan of the hair growth oil. I love the way it makes the scalp feels - I hope the formula remains consistent because I intend to keep buying.

Have been using the product for over a year. Hair has remained and improved thickness. The oil makes hair easier to style once washed.

Fantastic products all round. Love the fact that they are all natural and handmade and they actually work.

The crystal mask is so good, I have noticed significant improvement in pigmentation and my pore size. It is an essential part of my routine and will be purchasing many times more.

Absolute scam. I reached out about a refund as I saw no change in my hair. I've still no reply from various emails to them. Their guarantee holds no value!!

They didn't refund me almost a year ago when I first ordered and asked for my money back based on their guarantee.

When I messaged them about them ignoring me recent after posting a review they lied that they would refund me only if I deleted the review. I deleted the review and they still haven't refunded me so this is my second one based on their deceipt. Words cannot express how much you should avoid this scamming company.

Fantastic product! Bought the hair serum and have noticed a significant difference! Out of all the hair oils I used, Eleganza has taken the crown for hair oils!!

Will be purchasing again!

Really struggled with acne for the past 10 years, apparently it's supposed to get better with age but it hasn't. I've used Accutane and that really dries out my skin a lot. It does work though but the dryness isn't worth it. I saw an advert on Facebook for eleganza and gave it a go not really expecting much. I've seen the best results, my acne is now significantly less and my scars are reducing a lot. The crystal mask is my favourite skincare product I've ever used, I think that's the one that has done the most although the serum and moisturiser are good as well. Will be a lifetime customer.

The hair oil is good, it leaves your hair so much softer and after a couple of months, my hair feels and looks a lot thicker. Tried the hair care set also but didn’t love the hair mask. It’s decent but a lot of effort. The only negative comment I would like to say is the customer service isn’t the best. I wish they’d respond faster. The packaging and the products are good so I don’t understand why the service doesn’t match up. Hair oil is exactly as they describe so 5 stars for that.

Oil didn't work for me, was promised a refund within two weeks and have had no response or feedback regarding this. Customer service is awful and it's not like the products are cheap either

Finally I received my hair growth oil, it’s delayed by a day or 2 due to their stock. I can’t wait to start using it and leave another review with results. The Eleganza team responded accordingly.
