Setting the standard for online retail
I’ve ordered all new Soho flat plate sockets and switches for our basement conversion from Elesi. They are always quick to respond to product or fitting queries (trust me, I had plenty) and ship fast too. Other companies could learn a thing or two from them. Well done.

An electrician's seal of approval
As an electrician I have dealt with many makes of product and many different companies. These products are of exceptionally good quality, the finishes superb, and an excellent range of finishes to choose from. The company themselves are outstanding; efficient and friendly, with fast delivery. They are a company that listen. In this particular instance I couldn't find exactly what I wanted on line, and they swapped the colour of a switch to suit my customers needs. I happily recommend them to everyone.

Ordered the Soho lighting brushed brass sockets and switches. Lovely products. The wrong faceplate was on the usb charger socket. This issue was quickly resolved and a replacement arrived the next day.

Good quality switches and sockets, but avoid returning anything
Good quality switches and sockets, albeit pricey.
But the refunding process is a joke, 3 x weeks after product arrived back to them, it is still not refunded. So make sure you know what you order and in the right quantity, otherwise be prepared to wait and chase for your money back
