7' x 3' Pent Bike Shed. Very pleased with new bike store ordered direct from Empire Sheds. Very friendly and helpful delivery driver (? Michael). Relatively easy to assemble and quality what I expected for the price. Comfortably fits two 29" bikes. Have painted the outside and everyone impressed with the finished product.

Ordered 7/9 working days phoned 10 days later the Tuesday promise delivery in three day so phoned again on Wednesday told me guarantee Friday 100% got a text on Friday telling me Monday phoned company again this time said it was courier fault going with different delivery company will be Monday nothing they could do about it will see if this happens told them when I ordered I had to have when they state as I’m disabled have to get someone to dismantle old shed and build new one as mobility scooter need storage dry worker came night before took down old shed 11 days so far it’s sat in the rain
Absolutely no mention of compensation for my hassles end of the day something I saved up for got excited now just so deflated cannot believe anything there telling me now

So very disappointed with our shed.
1. We ordered through Wilko who said it would be delivered 'on or before 29th July'. I called Empire on 29th July as I had not had any delivery information. The person I spoke to was very nice and offered to keep the shed 'at no extra cost' until we returned from holiday. I think he missed the point that we had planned to put the shed up the weekend before we went away. Luckily it was delivered on the Friday.
2. Delivery was a dash and run. No explanation as to why we were given 6' lengths rather than the 4' lengths stated, just a note on the form and supposedly 'sort it out yourself'. You will need a saw and expect rough edges.
3. No means of waterproofing the shed - a neighbour (builder) came over to tell us that it wouldn't be water tight if we didn't use some waterproofing.
4. The build has taken 3 days. I wasn't expecting to have to felt the roof.

We do not recommend this product

The only good thing about this company and shed was a very quick delivery. I believe within 2 weeks it got delivered and driver was friendly and helped to bring it over into back garden. Other than this, everything else was a bad experience. Few pieces of the shed did not fit and I had to alter it and cut the ends of, etc to make it fit together. I spend much longer than I should have on the installation. After spending a full day on it I finally finished and when I got in contact with customer service couple days later, they told me they can send replacement parts for the shed.. I don't know in what world that is acceptable offer, when the shed is already built and I would need to remove the roof and everything? That was unacceptable, then I got offered £30 good gesture of will, which is 2-3% of the shed, I rejected it and didn't hear from them after that. ... After painting the shed with high quality paint, many of the boards separated from each other (shrunk) and left many gaps in between. So I ended up with worse shed than I had before... I should have listened to other people and built it myself.

Ordered shed on Monday and it was delivered Thursday at 07:00! Very simple to assemble and have had zero issues so far.

Bought an Empire Shed via B and Q order confirmed, payment taken, delivery initiated, delivery confirmed then cancelled by Empire stating wrong code given by B and Q. As far as Empire concerned end of matter B and Q had several different versions I had cancelled wrong, Empire cancelled as no stock. B and Q dispute that what they did say was in stock but item had increased in price code listed code sent to Empore was correct and verified as if a new order at higher price obvious sharp practise on behalf of Empire in collaboration with B and Q I would avoid both if you want honesty and clarity

Fantastic customer service! Great value product, fast delivery and great communication from the driver. Arrived 1st thing this morning and the base and shed was constructed shortly after! Top marks for Empire Sheds!! Keep up the good work 👏

Absolutely disgusting, very sneaky company. I brought a shed from here and a year later the shed is seeping in water and the contents of my shed is mouldy. It was not clear on the website that I had to treat/paint the wood myself. The company also take no responsibility for this poor quality.

Delivery experience was very disappointing. The delivery window provided was 7am–2pm, yet the driver arrived around 6am!!! Dark outside, quiet, people still sleeping… Shed parts were left in the garden, the doorbell was rung and I also received a phone call, which woke my two small children and disturbed neighbours.

This is completely unacceptable for a residential delivery and well outside the stated time window. I will update my review once I’ve assessed the quality of the shed itself.

Their pressure treated sheds aren’t even water tight. Doesn’t say anything on the listings on their website about needing extra treatment but rain seeps through the wood and now it’s mouldy inside.

Shed was delivered one week after purchase as arranged.
Instructions were easy to follow. All parts in place and went together well.
Really happy with how the shed has turned out.
Took me around 4 hours to put it together on my own.

Ordered shed from B&Q took a few weeks to come received delivery driver was nice but very rushed and when unloading it was like gravity got really heavy was slaiming it down luckily no damage not really impressed with the floor or roof made from chipboard the floor not even solid so laid plywood over it and roof was saggy also not tall enough i had to raise the roof by 4 inches so I could actually walk in to the back of the shed but otherwise it is all good only took a day to build it overall not bad

Terrible company to deal with. The miss the original delivery date and then tell you it is going to be delivered later. They then offer a 7hr delivery window and when you email them to say this is unacceptable they do not email you back. Bought through Robert Dyas and they are just as bad.

I ordered a 14x8ft pressure treated pent shed from Empire sheds which was delivered within a week by one of there drivers, who I must say was was very helpful and placed it in my back garden for me, exactly where i wanted it.
The build quality was very good for the money and it came with clear instructions and all of the fixings we needed and went together really easily.
Overall, I would highly recommend Empire Sheds.

Do not touch Empire Sheds with a bargepole. They supply structurally poor quality sheds. If you want a flimsy shed that wobbles, then get in touch with Empire Sheds. They sent someone around to inspect the shed after my original complaint. His solution to fix the wobble was to attached it to a fencepost. Hilarious! Therefore implying that their sheds are not themselves structurally sound. Then they went completely quiet, and then they started lying about the issue on other forums. Steer well clear

holiday I source resources locally and adapt!

SHOCK items way to big, wrong size delivered My builder spoke to Mike and he argued with my builder that the items were not the wrong size even though my builder was standing with a tape measure and Mike was 100’s of miles away
My builder was told to adapt them
This has now cost me 2 days builders fees plus inconvenience

After looking high and low for a suitable shed, including visits to suppliers and manufacturers, we took up Empire Sheds for a July supply of a 10'x7' Pent Shed - although we were concerned about what the quality was likely to be seeing that their prices were much lower than other comparable suppliers.
The order was made online and was swiftly confirmed along with a delivery date which was well within their quoted 8-10 days and on delivery day, the driver of the delivery vehicle rang to tell us his delivery time and even though we were his last (and 13th drop) he was in good spirits and most amenable, checking that we had everything that we needed before departing.
The building instructions were clear and concise (unlike so many literal translations that one sees these days of global enterprise!) and easy to follow, enabling two (reasonably fit and healthy) pensioners in their early seventies, to easily construct the shed (even though both our sons had advised that we should "get a man in" to build it!)
Just one gripe was that there was no instruction to pilot drill the main spars (which pull adjoining panels together) resulting in much swearing as the largest screws would only push away the opposing panel and with much pressure applied to the drill would have the screw heads strip out (Chinese?) so that you could neither drill further in or retract the screw! This was easily remedied with old British made (and slightly larger) screws and the construction was completed very quickly thereafter. All other fixings, however, were found to be sound and more than capable of undertaking their respective roles!
The roof was the only thing that we were really bothered about as three pieces of OSB board (not fully supported) were not going to take the weight of the average British male....so my wife clambered onto the roof and easily fitted the factory cut-to-size roofing felt! Easy-peasy....but for future reference, we have strengthened the roof with additional internal brackets and wood bracing bars so that it will even now take my weight!
Since erection of the shed we have made a few cosmetic improvements including guttering (which no shed manufacturer seems to offer - but therein lies another story!) and even though the shed construction is of pressure treated timber, we have changed the colour to dark oak using a well known brand of timber preservative, so that the new shed blends in with the older (and smaller) shed.
All in all we are very, very pleased with our little project shed now that it is complete, and doubtless, will now be filled with junk 👍

Bought a shed before I read some of the reviews on here. Have to say for the price it is pretty good.

The important part here is 'for the price'. It was dirt cheap on their website and at £300 quid for a tongue and groove shed. i was expecting to have to do a little fettling. However with a saw and sandpaper and wood glue, the finished result is spot on. A solid watertight shed. really pleased with what I got. The instructions were simple and build took about 3 hours working on my own. Delivery was simple and bang on time at 8 am on the day they promised. One part had some damage so I called the office and they are sending a replacement. Overall its good value for money

A shout out to Empire Sheds (in conjunction with B&Q) for their exemplary returns policy & process. I bought an Empire shed online from B&Q and had it delivered. All went well and it was an easy and hassle free process. But then, a week later, I had a change of heart and contacted B&Q via their site to request a return and refund. As the supplier, Empire Sheds replied via the B&Q site the same day, offered to pick it up when they were next in the area (later that same week) and wrote to confirm a full refund 2 working days later. If only all online retailers were as easy and reliable to use.... I've posting a similar shout out to B&Q on their Trustpilot page.

would not recommend this company at all.got a 8 x6 shed waited 2 weeks for it to arrive.it came the front panel was 2 foot too short the door panel was 2 inch too long had to cut and buy extra bits it sort it out at my expense when i had paid 560 for the shed.total waste of space and poor quality avoid at all costs
