My experience with Emprada went very…

My experience with Emprada went very well. First, I placed an order and mistakenly left my apartment number out causing delivery issues with the USPS. They marked as returned-to-sender and then a day later as delivered, therefore the package was now missing. Emprada’s customer support was able to allow me to have store credit to replace the missing item and send another package out to me with complimentary express shipping. I got the help I was not expecting. Thank you for making my holidays much better.

Amazing dresses

Emprada is a great site. I feel most items are perfectly priced and some are actually a great deal. I bought a snake print dress that people thought was a $400+ dress when it was actually only $80. You can def get that luxury look at a bargain!

Off to a bad start...but quick ending

The return policy of this company is not advantageous unless the outfit you purchase fits similarly to how it appears on their models. Additionally, their shipping process is notably slow; for instance, a recent order from Shein arrived more quickly than one from Emprada. The return process takes approximately 14 days, which poses a challenge if you need an outfit within a specific timeframe. In hindsight, I wish I had researched their return policy more thoroughly before making my purchase. Now, I find myself needing to locate an outfit that accommodates my body type, looks appealing, and is worth the investment.

While their hassle-free return protection is a valuable option given the circumstances, improvements are necessary in both the delivery timeframe and the return process. Their accessories are decent, but overall, I do not foresee myself making another purchase from this retailer.

Placed my order on November 5th, sent an email inquiring about the status of my order on November 11th. Order arrived on November 14th.

Good luck finding something that will fit just right with the sizing they offer. Shame on a company to operate this way.

I should have read the return policy

I should have read the return policy. I do not do business with companies that will only offer an exchange. That should be illegal. The outfits I purchased were too small and they were expensive. They were very nice, however, I can't wear them and I really need my money back. I can't afford to pay for something I can't use, and I do not want to do any business with this company ever again. Also, they take over 24 hours to respond to emails and that's frustrating, but it's the only way to contact them.

Zero. It’s a con. My product broke the second I touched it. Literally broke when I went to hook it and the chain broke in two places. Also the product looked way cheaper than the photo. The prices are inconscionable for how shockingly cheaply made it is. It’s more cheaply made than a beaded bracelet made in a fifth grade summer camp craft hour. They offer no refunds (even if it breaks), they have a phone number but no one answers. Shameful. Scummy. Scammy.

I placed three orders with the company

I placed three orders with the company. The first order was fine. The second order was poor quality. The third order was never received. I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge for the order that was not received and Emprada provided my credit card company a previous order shipping tracking number and stated that the order was received, and my money was never refunded despite not receiving my items Do not place an order with this company when I reached out to try to resolve the issue stating that I did not receive the order the customer service response was rude and dishonest.

Disappointed Customer

I recently purchased a jumpsuit and it runs extremly small! I wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase. I.was told I can send it back and repurchase again
I do not like like going through the hassle! I'm so.diappointed! The prices are to expensive for the product.

Horrible Fit

I have an athletic body type, all items I purchased were way too small. I typically wear a medium from every other store but will need to return items, for a store credit, to get an XL.

I don't normally write reviews but this is the worst online purchase I've ever made and I'm so disappointed by the experience I'm almost at a loss for words. I made the mistake of not reading the return policy well and I really paid for it literally. The dresses I ordered were not the color that was advertised on the website...not even close and the quality of the material is very poor. And having to pay an additional $9.99 to return the items just for a store credit is a total ripoff. I believe this company knows that their products are not worth the prices they sell them for and they expect a lot of returns, so they only give a store credit and not an actual refund if a customer is dissatisfied. It's practically a scam to make easy money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Do not order from this store

I will not order from this store! The quality is bad for the price you pay. They do not refund back to your credit card, only give you a store credit. Also, you have to pay a shipping fee to get the purchased item, and you will pay for shipping if you decide to send the item back. I received my purchase in almost a month.
