An Update --- after 3 attempts to withdraw it was a jurisdiction issue with mastercard and Energy as in their TC was able to send the winnings to an alternate verified account that is mine. bottom line is before using any CC verify they accept payments to prevent a bad few days of having the fun of winning turn to worries. Satisfied with final outcome YES.

I would advice people to stay clear of this casino, and their partners. First they let you win, and when you try to withdraw they come up with excuse that your BIC code is incorrect, even when it has been copy/paste from the bank site. Then they ask to send documents so they can verify the account, and then the BIC will suddely work?. After a while they send the funds back to the account, and i did the mistake of (playing) with it.. which ressulted in almost 0 bonuses, and when i got a bonus the barely paid.. just slowly draining my winnings away. So again, if you would like to play to have fun, and also get your winnings if you win? Stay clear of this casino as its clearly a SCAM.
