Enhanced BDM 

I was recently slapped with a CCJ from enhanced EDM after notifying them in Lockdown April 21
Why?
Because I wanted to terminate my contract -
However It was Within the dates required re guidelines for terminating my contract however I could only email As the whole country was in lockdown at the time and I was caring for my mother who was incredibly poorly and also the local post office was not open due to staff having Covid - all this I proved by gaining a letter from the post office when it opened and proving that my mother was poorly with medical notes snd a letter
however they did not care one bit and wanted another year out of me even though I had been complaining for the previous 12 months that none of the leaves they were sending me with any use whatsoever some of the Leeds were 250 miles away from the area that I gave as an area I wanted work from
They still gave me a CCJ without warning me that they were taking me to court or even giving me a date ?
Their defence was it was for not terminating my contract by writing a letter on letter headed paper and posting it from a post office recorded ??
please be aware these are their terms and conditions which are incredibly dated

I tried to deal with them directly myself but I got nowhere
I took legal action and I was strong in my position and I am glad and happy to say that I have have won
In the end enhanced BDM back down
And the CCJ has been removed and I have had an order from Reading County Court confirming the setting aside of the default judgement

absolutely terrible company
i was literally sold a lie by an amazing sales team
i was assured this was not lead generation BUT IT IS

its pointless half of the leads contacts never get back to you and the ones that do and you will only win work with if you provide the RIDICULOUSLY cheapest quote that would mean you work for nothing or do the jobs for less than what you could even buy materials for
it is all based on companies finding the cheapest trades - this will not make you money this will lose you money and a whole load of time
most of what we spent time trying to price i would find out was not going ahead so wasted a lot of time and energy there also
also due to lockdown and realising this was a complete waste of money i gave notice 6 months before my first year finished on many occasions via email and phone calls to terminate my contract- these were ignored
However as soon as a certain date passed i was notified that i had to give notice by typing it on letter head and had to post it from a post office to terminate correctly and as i had not done this i had auto rolled into year 2 ??? i questioned this refused to pay and and they slapped me with a CCJ - this seems to be a common thread that they continue to practice - I SUSPECT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THEY EARN THEIR MONEY

Avoid this company took me for over 20k they are. Nothing but a con please avoid
There t&c are written by no one that has a conscience.

This company is nothing but a con, they trick you into not being able to cancel, even after a year as promised. In this day and age what sort of company goes around conducting their business this way. Steer clear.

Oversold and under performed.
Received Incomplete tenders wasting me time and money. Limited opportunities. I Signed up for a year but asked to leave early due to company instability and finding the payment difficult to justify, I was told you signed for 12 months and you have to pay. So I sucked it up and emailed over a month before my 12 months was up only to be told I had to write to them and send it recorded delivery, which I did, I was then told that I had to send it within 60 days of my contract ending (it’s in the small print). Again I sucked it up and because I wasn’t within the 60 day timeframe believed I’d have to pay an extra month. No ! Today I have been told that because I missed the 60 day period I have to pay for a further 12 months.
Just out to take your money ! Absolute MONEY GRABBING CONARTISTS !

Shocking service, conned into a 6 months agreement with false promises of additional lead generation, they happily take their money and nothing back in return to the tune of 3k, there should be a zero stars rating because this company is full of con artists, AVOID and watch for the renewal in the T&C extreme small print,

Shocking Waste of time & money. Every lead was a complete joke & had a period of approximately 4-6months without any leads at all. A complete waste of £4k. Also, don't believe anything the sales reps say. It's all designed to inflate confidence in their authority.

We had the misfortune. Oversold, under-delivered in every sense. Wasted £4000.00 plus the cost of there unusually long cancellation notice

I have been working with enhanced for around 10 months my experience with the guys there has been great they are always looking to help push our tenders to the relevant people. We have won a few tenders that have paid for the service already.

We have not won one job from enhanced Bdm and after sending a letter which they did not receive we have been forced into a further year with the we are trying to get out of this contract. Please nobody sign up this is a pure scam and the people that work for this firm should be ashamed

Had nothing but a terrible service from this company.
Had 3-4 enquiries which were unsuitable and not what we signed up for. We have been caught out with the auto renew but will fight this tooth and nail as the service was rubbish and not fit for purpose.
We are a fit out company and required projects to tender for., We ended up getting enquiries to lay carpet, plaster walls etc, How can we compete directly with a carpet fitter and a plasterer? Short answer, we cant. Total waste of time and money, and the time scales to get tenders back are unrealistic.
Wasted 4K+and they are now trying to take us to court for another 4K after they knew we were unhappy with the service and certainly would not renew. Avoid this ruthless, and unethical company at all costs.

£4000 for jobs that don’t exist, would not advise anyone to use this company complete scam all they care about is getting their money!!!!!!!

This unscrupulous company only cares about sales, once signed up to their contract their after sales is appaling!!! I had to constantly chase them for information about contracts and their knowledge of the construction industry was extremely poor. They do not give any preferential support in the bidding process and you are up against many other companies, so don't stand a chance. Their 60 day auto renew is set to catch companies out. Even in covid when companies are struggling or closed they still charge 4,800 and suddenly become very aggressive in their approach!!! Immoral company imo. I will be writing separately to the CE0 , posting on linkedin and Twitter!!

Do NOT get fooled into this scam!! We have been sent numerous drawings of projects.. Im not convinced =any of the enquiries sent through are genuine.
We have wasted time, effort & money in this. Along with the costings of pricing jobs, we hear nothing about once the bill has been sent. We're now being conned into a second year, as all staff were furloughed and an email sent 10 days too late. Anybody thinking to sign up... Don't!!!
I always read reviews, and never think its a true person behind bad ones (naive) but please listen, this is a scam!

I joined Enhanced BDM nearly a year ago, we have had one small project and £4,000 spent on BDM so for us it has not been worth the experience.
I do not want to auto renew in August I have sent a letter recorded as requested but do you think I can get anyone to confirm my account has cancelled and no more money will be taken from my account in September. For this reason I have given 2 stars, the staff however are very helpful. It just didn't work for us

Hi all only on here a short time but have found the service to be above what was promised.
We have no solid contracts as yet but are in direct contact with a quite a number of promising contractors that we would never had the chance to quote for. Value for money is really an understatement Suport has been great from all the team. I personally deal with a guy called Reece most of the time but have found all staff extremely helpfully. If you want to grow your business this definitely will work.

Great service, only registered 1 month ago and already £90k project secured and looking positive on another £30k project.

Great service and very prompt with quotes which always helps! no issues so far and I don't see any in the foreseeable if this service continues! James Darley is my point of contact and has been great throughout!
