Scott Calcutt has been very helpful on my current scheme and has liaised with subcontractors I would not have contacted previously, providing competitive prices for my subcontractor packages to date.

Be careful of this company, They have never supplied us with any work but have taken payments of £4.500 pounds and because of the very small print on their contract took a further £4000 because we cancelled their service but had to give three months notice. Although we complained of no work being given to us to quote there was no change or help. Unacceptable way to do business.

Personally, I enjoy working with Enhanced BDM and personal relationships are very good indeed. I just wish we had a greater level of enquiries coming in and of course, it would be good to win a few more jobs to justify the investment made, but I am sure the latter will come to fruition soon in 2019.

always a pleasure to deal with very polite and helpful, unfortunately, the terms of the contract create a form of entrapment clause that notification to end the relationship is made difficult for no understandable reason only to retain business for the following year, as to the delivery of the service it was poor and did not deliver what was sold, they did not have many contracts in the areas of our operation seemed to be scrapping around which was not as sold , we had to be expanded the service from London to try and achieve any return of our money for this service, the values of the contracts were either made up or unverified, and the data presented poorly or missing MEP drawings and specs which I had to phone the main contractors to get the correct and need information, I have achieved better results from marketing letters, word of mouth this service has delivered no revenue £ zero but only costs. It seems that as a business strategy that relay in repeat business from the entrapment clause in the Terms & Conditions.
