Excellent service from start to finish. The furniture is beautiful, high quality and exactly as described. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company.

Yusuf and his colleagues were really attentive even acknowledging our lengthy drive to visit their showroom offering us use of their facilities and a hot drink. They've kept us informed all the way. Their products all look great quality. We bought a fire for a media wall which was well featured and competitely priced. Overall a great experience. We will buyvagain with complete confidence.

I purchased a bespoke sofa from Enzio Designs after dealing directly with Yousuf throughout the design and ordering process. The original agreed purchase price was £1,550. Upon delivery, the sofa was not supplied in the agreed design and, following discussions with Yousuf, the price was reduced by £100, resulting in a final purchase price of £1,450.
Prior to purchase, my wife and I specifically requested firm cushions. We were assured that the sofa would be supplied with medium-firm cushions suitable for our requirements.
Unfortunately, within approximately six weeks of delivery, the cushions became very soft and began sinking excessively. I reported the issue to Yousuf, who attended my property personally, inspected the sofas and agreed there was a problem. He subsequently informed me that he had spoken with the supplier and arranged for the cushions to be collected for replacement of the foam.
When the cushions were returned, they initially felt firmer but had a strong fire/smoke smell. The smell spread throughout our home and I raised this immediately with Yousuf. I suffer from asthma and found the fumes particularly concerning. I attended the showroom with one of the cushions and Yousuf personally inspected it and agreed that the smell was extremely strong.
I was subsequently informed by Yousuf that there had been a fire issue at the factory. The cushions were collected again and I explained that both the foam and the cushion covers needed attention because the covers had also absorbed the smell. I also made it clear that if the issues were not fully resolved, I would reject the sofas and request a refund.
Before the cushions were returned for a second time, I specifically requested that they be checked to ensure they were free from the fire/smoke smell and that the firmness issue had been resolved. However, when the cushions were delivered again, I found that the fire/smoke smell remained, the covers had not been replaced, and the cushions were again very soft and sank excessively when used.
After multiple opportunities were given to rectify the issues, I exercised my right to reject the sofas and returned the full sofa set.
Following the return, I requested a refund. After returning the sofas, I waited a full week for the refund to be issued, however no refund was provided. I subsequently sent a formal Letter Before Action to Enzio Designs setting out the history of the matter and my legal position.
Following this, I received a telephone call from the owner of Enzio Designs. During that conversation, The owner agreed to provide a full refund. I have now received a refund of £1,450.50 in full and the matter is resolved.
I can only comment on my own experience. The overall process involved multiple issues, repeated collections and returns, significant inconvenience, and a considerable amount of time spent trying to resolve matters.

Since this review the owner has rang me and tried getting me to take the review of but i respectfully declined. I have also had to delete his name from the review as i have recieved a msg from trust pilot stating it goes against policy to use personal details

We have just purchased a beautiful suite from Enzio Designs, Blackburn and was an exceedingly good price. Yusef and his son gave excellent service from the second we walked into their shop. Not pushy in any way. Our suite was in stock which is rare these days and was delivered very quick.
The deliver guys were amazing, never complained about our steep drive or anything. Our next purchase will be a bed for our son and will be going back to Enzio's.

Yusuf gave us a fantastic service. Bought our wardrobe and kids wardrobe and dining table. Had to make an amendment to my order which he did swiftly. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish everything was 100% perfect. First of all we met Yusuf and there was no pressure at all. Take a good look round and ask any questions you want he said. We looked around and found a 3 piece suite that we liked. Yusuf told us everything we needed to know and more besides. We paid a deposit and we arranged a date for delivery. Delivery was spot on time on the day we had agreed and the furniture was brought into our home by two of the most polite gentleman we have ever come across. They went above and beyond at all times. I would recommend anybody to go to Enzio Designs and speak to Yusuf. You will not get a better deal on quality furniture with a 100 miles. Last but not least, the suite is probably the best we have purchased in a long time. Give Enzio Designs a visit, you will not go wrong!

My experience was good with the purchase & Yusuf was very helpful. There was a slight delay with the receiving of the product due to the Germany company delivering it.
I was very pleased with the building of the furniture also.
