Great service from start to finish
Highly recommend

Enzos Designs at Blackburn is an absolute gem of a furniture shop! They have some really unique quality products, I have been going for many years now and have never failed to find something eye catching and unusual. All the products are very reasonably priced and often cheaper than their rivals in so called discount stores! Yusuf, the sales assistant,is lncredibly helpful and not at all pushy, in fact all the staff bend over backwards to assist you without being intrusive. On this occasion I bought the most amazing ceramic swivel extending dining table for half the price at other competitors, it weighs a bomb! The delivery drivers were absolutely fabulous! They were polite, cheery, and above all capable, they assembled the table and moved it into position for me due to its weight, never once complaining. I can honestly say that from beginning to end it is a very satisfying experience buying from this store, it is always my first port of call for interior decor! Many thanks Yusuf and the rest.

Superb quality, fast turn round of orders, bespoke goods at an affordable rate with friendly efficient assistants without pressure to buy. All their items have a very modern design built in.

We recently bought a lot of furniture from Enzios due to moving to a new home. From sofas, to beds, dining table and chairs and bar stools. We received excellent customer service both in store and delivery and also after delivery. Enzios have a wide range of furniture and offer a huge variety of choices that can be custom made to your preference. The prices of the furniture compared to some well known brands are reasonable and affordable and the quality is amazing! Faizal was courteous and patient and offered great customer service, accommodating to our every need even if it meant going to great lengths to ensure we received what we required. Shout out to Yusuf and Tony who also provided an excellent service both in the showroom and when delivering.
We have had lots of compliments from visitors to our home and would recommend to anyone who wants some modern contemporary furniture for their home. We will visit again- Thanks again to the whole team at Enzios.

Excellent customer service & very helpful staff

Ordered a media wall fireplace and we wanted express delivery, we called the office and they happily arranged this for me. The office updated me with delivery time. When it arrived, it was really well packaged and the fire itself is beautiful. It was also a great price. Highly recommended.

Customer service is excellent, the quality of the sofa’s were outstanding and delivered within 3 weeks

They took the time and effort to really sit down and personalise my sofa and bed designs. Sometimes I sat there for a few hours but they were extremely patient. The sofas were delivered on time as well as the beds. Absolutely thrilled with the furniture and quality. Such a lovely family business. Would definitely recommend!!!

Ordered a marble dining table from this company and service was great. The delivery was a few days later than expected but when it did come, the delivery guys were very friendly. The table itself is lovely especially for the price. Would definitely recommend.

After being let down by Sofology for the 2nd time, we decided to look in Enzio. We found the perfect suite. Ordered, paid deposit, was told would be 4 wks. It was ready in 3 wk. All good, delivery team very helpful, carried our little 2 seater bk to conservatory for us, as my hubby is getting over bladder cancer and could move it. Will def buy from there again.

Purchased a ceramic dining table/chairs and their installers, Tony and Jay were excellent and also took all the packaging with them, free of charge. There was a lot of packaging, given the size of table.

John and Tony were great, they were even challenged by the fact something had happened mechanically with their van. They were friendly chatty and we value the time they spent putting the bed together. Absolutely fabulous service.

Ordered a table and chairs from this place. The staff were very attentive from the minute I walked in until I left. Products are high quality and should last very well. Overall happy experience.

Very sorry I ever went to this shop they refused to give me a full refund for furniture l had bought that was not suitable they said they would only give half the money back l said l wanted a full refund as the goods where in the original box’s this is when they became aggressive threatening and told us to get out.
We were forced to leave the shop.
We managed to get our money refunded though our credit card company.
I would never use this company again and I would not advise anyone to buy from this company.
