Water filter for hosepipe didn’t work
I bought this filter because it said it stop the spot accruing when washing your car it dried the same as if I wasn’t using it second email received test your water doesn’t say that any were on the product my water is fine so filter should have worked then told you need to buy a better filter if you want water marks left on your car didn’t respond to my reply I sent back to them so that’s £20.00 waisted no great customer service you would have expected better.

Hi Kath, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and I'm sorry to hear the filter hasn't performed as you hoped — I can understand how disappointing that must be.
I do want to help get to the bottom of this for you though, as there are a few things that could affect the performance of the filter that are worth exploring before writing it off entirely. A couple of quick questions that would really help us understand what's happening:
Did you check your water's TDS reading before and after fitting the filter? This would tell us whether the filter is actually reducing the mineral content in your water, which is the key indicator of whether it's working correctly.
What pressure are you running the water through the filter at? Higher flow rates can reduce the filter's effectiveness as the water passes through the resin too quickly to be properly treated.
And whereabouts in your water supply setup have you fitted the filter — directly from the tap, via a hose reel, or another point?
The reason I ask is that had we had the chance to talk this through before purchase we could have set the right expectations and made sure everything was configured correctly for your setup. We'd love the opportunity to do that now and see if we can get a better result for you.

Terrible service and no response
I placed my order which was to arrive within 3 days but after 14 days it still has not arrived, I’ve tried 3 times to contact equip2clean and no one has responded, terrible service I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company

Helped despite the issue not being their fault
I bought a machine from Equip2Clean back in January, but had mixed results from it in terms of it’s reliability. I contacted them and they gave me guidance on how to self remedy it.
When it was initially delivered it was clearly handled badly by the courier, equip2clean apologised for this and gave a partial refund at the time to reflect this.
Sadly the machine never really worked well so after an attempt to repair it they agreed to refund it completely.
I don’t think it’s an inherently rubbish machine as when it did work it was fantastic. I’m sure it was likely just a duff one.
They sell a range of great products and I hope to buy from them again in future, as they have shown that although the faulty machine was out of their control, how they dealt with it was great.
