Great service with fast delivery.

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing! Placed an order got email to say order had been shipped but courier saying they’ve not received parcel! Have emailed a few times as there’s no contact number and have had no reply at all. hoping they do come back to me so I can get a full refund!!

Poor service & communication. Don't answer their phone calls, order not received 9days after purchasing. Requested refund through my bank. Won't use again.

Wish I’d checked here before ordering. Items took 2 weeks from order to delivery, which is long but ok. But items arrived damaged and no replies to their one and only email address. Like others I can’t find a phone number which is a big red flag.

Item was sold but not instock, was given a date a month wait, chased it up as wasn’t delivered, gave me another date and then told me there were delays. I used to work as a manager for an equestrian wholesaler and believe they weren’t purchasing the item due to needing to buy a quantity from the supplier Fynalite. They offered a refund but yet to receive. Be careful

I ordered 5x Jummy’s muffins bags for my horses. I only received 1 in a big box with an invoice for 5. The number was highlighted. I only received 1!. This comes from havelinspetcare ….I emailed them and emailed them. No response and left with only 1 bag. I was not smart enough to do some research first. I would avoid this company at all times. They took my momey😡🥹

Order was missing 6 items, have emailed several times no reply, tried calling the parent company no answer. It’s a shame that the great prices and fast delivery isn’t backed up, after this experience I can only recommend avoiding this company

Answer the phone PLEASE! Sometimes it is actually necessary to talk! Equisupermarket do not answer the phone - even when it would be in their interests to do so. Our account has an old address and we need to change it, or goods ordered will be delivered to an old address over 500 miles away! This puts us off dealing with them!!!

Waiting for a reply from them I have emailed 6 times . The Courier they use is absolutely useless.

I have rung numerous and no reply . I will never ever order from them again. Disgusted. In fact I would give them no stars whatsoever.

So this companies email address is Havelins petcare. If you look it up it say temporarily closed.
So you order something on Equi supermarket, pay, and it never arrives and you can't get in touch with anyone.
Unless of course you check companies house, which leads you to a whole host of information and addresses that you may find useful if you want to get your money back.
Of you'd prefer not to have this hassle, pay the £10 extra ( that they were giving you as a new customer 🙄) and purchase from.The Old Saddlery who I would give 5stars!!

I spent a week repeatedly emailing to a seemingly dead letterbox (no phone number available) with emails titled “URGENT” to alert them to the fact that although my written postal address was correct the automated pin on the map was incorrect…a simple enough concept to grasp and remedy with a note to the courier company one would have thought…apparently not…

After a week of polite emails to them with no response I spent a day spamming them with repeated messages, I finally got a reply the next morning, Friday, saying “we’ve cancelled your order, please re order with the correct address “

We’re now back to square one, as my original address was correct yet the automated pin was not this would not be remedied by a reorder using the same process. We would be on an eternal loop with that approach, that would seem obvious to most but apparently not…

In the meantime my horse has eaten through my remaining supply of feed leaving no time to reorder from them or any other company particularly given its now the weekend.

Completely hopeless and irresponsible.

There are other good, reliable suppliers online, I suggest using one of them instead

I chose to buy my regular supplement from this company as they offered it at a very good price and free p&p. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars was because the delivery took longer than expected, but that was due to the courier and therefore out of their control. When I emailed them concerned about the delivery, they responded promptly and positively. I would certainly buy from them again.

Order did take a while to arrive but it was over the Easter holidays so I didn't mind. Small issue with the courier but that had nothing to do with the supplier. Customer service was good, Jules kept me up to date all through the process.

I have given this company one star as I’m not able to go any lower!!! Avoid this company at all costs, I placed an order that has still not been received and have had no response from their Customer Service team. I just wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing a show top for my daughter, the price was obviously too good to be true!

Poor communication, infact still waiting to hear from them. Run out of feed and having to spend double amount due to fact I had to go to feed store in the end.
Gave me a tracking number that don't work.
If relied on them totally for feed my horses would be starving by now.

I ordered two supplements from Equi Supermarket, there was an unexpected delay so I emailed customer service who told me one supplement was out of stock and expected. I was a little low on the one in stock so they kindly agreed to send that ahead. Now, don’t hesitate in contacting them, they are very good and responsive. Only reason not 5 stars is the item I bought wasn’t in stock and I should have been made aware of that. But all good in the end thanks to the superb customer support

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering: this company is selling items which aren't in stock. Waited a week before telling me (after I chased). Full refund requested and will purchase elsewhere.

I ordered some beautiful Ariat Boots that were hugely discounted, although there was not an immediate response on the progress of delivery, when I contacted them by email, the response was immediate, they kept me updated and reassured me when my boots would arrive. I cannot express the great customer service I received in comparison to the below comments. I won't hesitate to order again.

Appalling. Do not respond to emails. Spent hours trying to contact to find out what happened to my order. No phone number to contact. No response. This compan's a joke.
