I ordered Mountain Horse protective johdpur boots 9 months ago , a great boot but the sole is coming off , I have contacted equisupermarket sending pictures and requesting warranty replacement or repair and have had no response. I fear they have gone dark. I should have paid the £5 extra and purchased from a reputable company.

Ordered on 22.7. Have still not heard anything despite sending an e-mail on 30.7. to ask why I’ve not heard anything as the items showed in stock when ordered!
Certainly will never ever order anything else!

I don’t understand why this place has such bad reviews they have been fantastic every time I’ve ordered.
I ordered on Monday and my items was with me tracked on Saturday.
I will definitely be ordering again!! Everything is so much cheaper than other places too.

Ordered some vetrofen syringes, still hadn’t arrived 7 days later so I contacted them and they replied saying they had to cancel the order as they weren’t in stock. It only took me reaching out to them to find out I was never going to receive my order and not only that I didn’t have enough time to then source from somewhere else - not good enough!

Terrible service. Lost £81 - do not order if there’s a possibility of needing to return for a different size. No refund received. They appeared cheaper by £5 but instead of paying £75 for the item, it ended up costing me £156 - £6 to return and cost of purchasing the correct size! Wish I’d read reviews first (first negative review I have left any company)

Dont appear to want to communicate once you have placed your order which I did on 5th May, now 14th and no order confirmation or dispatch info. Trying to cancel now and that is proving difficult with very long wait times on the phone. Suspect only 1 person taking calls. No point leaving a message as they dont call back. First and last time for me.

Good price and reasonable delivery time. Delivery person placed the very heavy box directly in front of my door effectively locking me in the house!! I had to go around the back and move it. Apart from that all good and happy with equisupermarket.Pity they make you send in vouchers by post, most companies will provide a way to do that online but there may be some reason they cant.

Ordered Massage pad for horse with bad back. Ordered on 5th May, now 13th May still no sign of item. Have emailed to say cancel order which has been ignored. I'm now ringing card company as Yodel havent got parcel, still with sender so will see what card company can do.

Saw phone number on previous post 01582833883 so have just rang. Very unhelpful, spoke to a lady called Nabelia who put phone down when i asked for surname. She said she couldnt authorise refund as she wasnt in that department.
Asked for call back, she said she would pass it on.
Told her im calling card company too.

Used contact form, no reply yet, no phone number to contact you. I placed an order 11 days ago and it still has not arrived. It says Dispatched under order status in my account, but your help and support states it is only TRULY dispatched and on its way when I receive an email confirming this, which I haven't after 11 days!! You are quick to take the money from our accounts but not quick to actually honour the contract, of supplying us with the goods!

Terrible company, non existent customer service! I’ve now had an email back after chasing them by phone, to be told they never had the item in stock, it won’t be in until tomorrow, yet they printed a postage label on 05/05?! Yeah, wonderful service! The manager of the online site is a Stewart titmus, I’m gathering it’s his brother John who runs the actual store. The number that actually works for them is 01582833883. I think I’ll be passing the details to trading standards as well. Do not order from this company!!

Would definitely not recommend. Sent wrong item out, then only responded to me after several emails were sent, and did not fully refund me for the cost of sending the incorrect item back. Will not be using again.

Avoid!!! Very poor customer service no communication still waiting for an order placed over a week ago! Reported to trading standards and PayPal total SCAM!!

Don’t bother. Ignorant people don’t return emails and no telephone number. Waiting for much needed feed. Will have to buy elsewhere now as no idea when it will get here

Sent me the wrong item and are now not replying to emails.

Delivery takes weeks - no phone to contact them - probably too many complaints

Refused deliver as had to go elsewhere for food because I had ran out- informed the company of this

Have email from courier saying returned to company

Sent this to company with request for refund several times - still no refund

Luckily the bank have stepped in and refunded and visa are involved with the company and the complaints

Ordered Dengie leisure vitamins & Minerals , took 3 weeks to arrive with zero communication from the company, I had to chase the order for someone to actually dispatch the item for me. I will not be using this company again.

Fast delivery - easy to order on line

Excellent service, fast delivery in challenging times. They stock brands which my local suppliers don’t carry. Would recommend Equisupermarket for all your equestrian needs.
