its the worst company I have ever work with it, I dispatched order to them after tow days, they cancel it, I tried to call them many times and no answer. Please don't trust this company and the one he is in the charge.

Absolutely horrible services and will try to get my money back in every way possible! On the recommendation of my company, I applied for a tax residency number and on the recommendation of Eres, also for a Beckham Law. Eres had my contract available. If I order a pretty expensive services, I expect a professionals knowing their job and knowing where also NOT to recommend a specific service, if they have your documents available and can easily say it is not convenient for you. Ivan and his team did not do this. Thanks to the application for a Beckham Law, while knowing way better for me that it is far far far away from being convenient for me, having my contract at disposal, filling out the form, I am losing a big amount of money from my salary and can revert this decision only at the end of the year. A big scam!

Update: Plus they are lying. I replied to the email immediately, and as mentioned, I am discussing further actions with my lawyer already.

I couldnt get a NISS in Portugal for over a month but with ERES I got it done in a few days, I highly recommend their services!

I used the relocation service from ERES during my transfer to Madrid and was completely satisfied. Maria Jose 'Pepa' was simply amazing, she is so friendly, professional and really makes you feel you are being taken care of by an old time friend. Although I’ve had no previous experience with relocation services, I wasn’t sure what to expect from their services. I moved from LA to Madrid and was assigned a wonderful lady by the name of Pepa to assist me in my relocation process. From finding me a furnished apartment to helping me schedule and register my residency at the local City office. She was wonderful to work with, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. If your moving to Madrid, I highly recommend you request her as your agent.

Great company, the team in Barcelona helped me a lot. They guided us in every step of our proccess. Will reccommend a lot.

I had a great experience with Eres Relocation when i moved to Paris, i truly don’t regret requesting their help!! Shoutout to Dounia who was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Eres!

Everything was a mess when relocating to Cologne: they "helped" me to look for an apartment but they only wanted me to accept anything, no the one I wanted or desired, it was like they need to tic the checkbox with that tasks, didn't matter if I liked or not the place. For my banking account, I did it on my own because their help never came. For my residence documents the made me go many times to a town hall without knowing if it was open to the public or not, a complete disaster, totally not recommendable. If you have to deal with both Anja's, runnnn!!!!!

Just like a previous poster - false information costing us money and their information is in writing so they can’t even try to say it’s incorrect - so rude about the process trying to blame me when it is 100% Their fault and pretty obvious !
Would not recommend based on the after care

We ve used Eres in Germany . Please please dont use them as they are bunch of money grabbers trying to scam you and rob you at the same time . They lie , lie , lie all the time . They dont even have the skills to book a hotel room via website . I am starting legal action against them . They should be shut down . Their manager should be banned of running anything . They ve treated my girlfriend and my kids with no respect and left us in the middle of red light district . They are FILTH .

The relocation isnt vad, i didnt have problems trying to get my documents there.
ERES customer service is very good
They speak politely and take patient to solve all problems. The only thing which they can improve on is reducing the wait time, apart frm that I recommend

The ERES staff is generally competent, helpful and quick to reply – and I wish I could give a better rating. However, any positive experiences we have had with ERES is overshadowed by a fateful incident of bad advice we had from the ERES tax layer. That advice will cost us a lot of money.

We moved from Qatar to Portugal to retire in 2018. We consulted the ERES tax lawyer to understand whether we should realize the (at the time unrealized) capital gains of our savings before moving.

The tax lawyer knew that:

a) We had unrealized capital gains

b) We could realize the unrealized gains without paying tax by selling the assets while still in Qatar

c) We would realize the capital gains while still in Qatar if we had to pay tax of the gains after moving

d) We are liable to Portuguese taxation of the (at the time unrealized) gains once we sell the assets after moving to Portugal. Tax laws vary from country and country, and I didn't know that particular detail. Which is why we came to the tax lawyer for advice.

Inexplicably, the tax lawyer informed us that there was no reason for us to sell the assets while still in Qatar. As we now know, that advice was simply wrong. It will cost us a considerable part of our savings.
