Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointed in the customer service. I have ordered the clover bracelet, necklace and earrings however I wanted to return the earrings and necklace as i did not like how they look on me. I have completed a return form and emailed customer service who came back to me with the options I have in terms of the return. After picking the most suitable for me, they never came back with the return label.
I have been emailing them, but no reply whatsoever. I do not recommend as their customer service after a purchase is horrific.
Poor Customer Care
I placed an order on 26 May expecting to receive by the following week. I started to follow up on their chat online and by contacting customer support by email. I heard nothing back within 48 hours so having never used this company before didn’t trust my goods would arrive as they didn’t bother to respond to my email. I decided to cancel the order through my credit card company on 3 June as heard and seen nothing from them. Finally on 10 June they respond as they knew I had requested money back from my cc company! Also coincidentally my goods are delivered on that day and left with my neighbour as I was not around to receive. I finally got the goods on 19 June and I was happy with the quality of them. I went back to my cc company to cancel my dispute. I wrote again to Ermoleve to tell them I now finally had the goods and was happy to accept them and had cancelled the dispute. Yet again they have not bothered to respond to my questions raised in my email. What this company needs to improve on is COMMUNICATION! If they had had the decency to respond with my initial query I may never have raised a dispute with my company. I have given this company 1 star rating because of the lack of customer support/communication. The earrings I actually ordered are well made and lovely.

If i could give zero star, I would choose that, bought a bracelet, arrived with a lot of delay, it was too small, straight away i wrote to them to give me the return address, no one got to me, then i wrote again, they wrote back after a few days and said sure its ok to send it back but first send us picture of the item, then we give you the return address etc , i have been waiting for weeks , no one ever got back to me, £60 down the drain really, so so disappointed , nightmare to deal with

Free gift arrived in a Temu bag straight from China! They didn’t even bother to repackage. The free gift they are selling online for £80.
Awful company who have no customer service and just scamming people. They are selling the BLGVI DUPE earrings for £80 which is what they sent me as a free gift. I have the packaging here in front of me it says.

Directly came from Zhejlang Province.
Nothing about your jewellery is gold plated, stop lying to your customers.

Pretty good overall
I was really worried after I saw the reviews on here, and my order did take ages but the bracelet itself is lovely, and a pretty decent copy of the bracelet I really wanted but can’t afford! If you can wait, I’d definitely order from them.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Ordered a bracelet. Arrived after about 2 weeks and came in a bag from aliexpress. Aliexpress sell the bracelet for £1. Ermoleve sell for £60!!! No response to my return request or emails. Total scam company.

THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM - took 2 weeks to get to me, and it’s CAME FROM CHINA. I can guarantee it’s came from the yellow app !!!! The quality is appalling, also the packaging absolutely STUNK….. I had to wash my hands after opening! I’ve emailed twice now about a refund, and the woman is ignoring my emails so now I will have to contact the bank. Look at the “shops” TikTok page too, it’s SO unprofessional… talking about men 24/7 & doing weird videos! It’s a complete scam, I’m so upset. I wish I looked into this business more, the reviews on her website are clearly fake because you only see the negative reviews here on TrustPilot. PLEASE don’t shop here!!!!!

Apparently all the positive reviews are fake! I bought the clover bracelet a month ago and I did receive it but in a different color, so I tried to contact them to exchange it as it was their mistake not mine, not only they didn’t care to reply to my emails, but they kept deleting my comments as well as other people comments on instagram and TikTok, and then they blocked me. That’s why you will never find a bad comment on their social media! They don’t even have a phone number for customer service so that should tell you something. Worst store ever!
Update: they just replied to my review with more lies claiming that they didn’t receive any emails from me and that they have a phone number on their website! And what offensive language are you talking about when I politely requested to exchange the bracelet you sent me in the wrong color? Do you know what’s offensive? Ignoring your customers, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

I’m delighted with my 2 clover leaf necklaces. They look great .
I was dubious, having read some of the reviews about poor customer service and lack of response . The items took about 3 weeks to come but def worth the wait
BEWARE CHEAP CHINESE JUNK
BEWARE CHEAP CHINESE JUNK! Took three weeks to arrive (item sent direct from China, as per post label) and daughter hated it as so cheap and tacky, nothing like advertised. Please do not waste your money here.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company, their website states they use high quality sterling silver, however they do not, it’s more like brass dipped in a silver colour. The items are shoddy to say the least, the after sales is atrocious, I am still waiting for a reply to my emails regarding my purchase, which is now completely tarnished after only 6 months! Waste of money

This is the worst online shopping experience I have had. The jewellery arrived after 1 month, it looks nowhere near to the photos or quality or as described. I have been trying to return the items for 3 weeks now, no response from their customer services team. PLEASE AVOID if you can….

I couldn't have worst experience with this company
I ordered my firts order with this company, a clover necklace on November using a discount code. I paid £127 anyway so it wasn't that cheap
After waiting for weeks for the parcel without any delivery updates the necklace finally arrived.
I could not be more dissapointed. It didn't look at all like the one pictured on the website and i didn't have the appearance of a £127, let alone the most costly original price
So i wrote an email with pictures of the necklace to Ermoleve telling them I wasn't happy with the necklace colour and quality and asking them for a refund/replacement
They replied to me that nothing was wrong with the necklace and they didn't offer any refund, replacement or alternative
On their website you couldn't find any address to send their products back which is strange and odd
I have learned my lesson. Next time, before buying from a new business I will check their returns policy and their addresses
I don't have a way to have my money back and I have a necklace that it doesn't look the money i paid for it
The only thing I can do is telling other prospective customers about my own experience to help them to make a decision about Ermoleve

The necklace was nice quality and one of the most similar dupes of van clef. I also got 25% off code which made it worth it, just hope now that the quality will hold up.

what customer service?
So i ordered two braclets and get an email saying one is out of stock ive sent you a braclet and a necklace. I sent back i didnt want a necklace if i wanted one i would have ordered one. They did apologise and said when back in stock they will send it BUT two weeks on it is still not delivered and they are not responding now - terrible service just seen scam detector online and they dont recommend this company based on the reviews

Ordered two items on 29th December, sent two emails as the items were late with no response. They then arrived on the 16th January and were awful quality so I emailed their customer service team immediately on 16th January to return. No response so emailed them twice more, they then asked for photos of the items on 22nd January which I sent on the same day. Sent numerous chasers after and finally received a QR code on 5th Feb including a 20% restocking fee!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - ITEMS ARE POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL! 20% restocking fee is also obscene!

I emailed the 'customer service ' again to ask when I will receive the necklace. This time I got a response saying that the necklace was delivered with the earrings! It's a SCAM.
