Long delivery time and no refund for lost items
Ordered 6 bracelets in early December. I received 2 around 3 weeks later and only after chasing and never received the other 3. Was told they had been lost by the post company and offered a refund or replacements. However, despite asking for a refund of the missing bracelets, I haven't had it almost 2 months after my payment was taken. Shame as the 2 that I received were lovely.

Started the return process over a month ago, have received an email asking me to send a photo of the item. I sent the photo, although I did not understand why. After countless emails, I then received another email asking for a photo of the item. I sent another photo, again, unsure why. I have now not had a reply in 2 weeks. Do not trust this company!!
Illegal trading
Very poor quality product. I started the returns process on 14th December 2024. I was asked to send a photograph of the product and told there was a 20% restocking fee. I sent the photograph straight away, yet over a month later my emails are being ignored. I am quite sure it is illegal to operate like this. There is no return address and customer service does not exist. Thieves.

Ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift with plenty of time for it to arrive. It eventually arrived after Christmas with issues on delivery through Evri! Took a long time to be sent and then was sat at their depo for several days also.
Due to it not being delivered on time I asked for a refund and be able to return the item! After a few days I received an email reply to say that’s fine and send a photo of the product so a return note can be made, I did that and it’s now been 2 weeks and nothing back from them? I have tried several times to chase but now appears I’m being ignored. I have a product I do not wish to keep and they are ignoring my efforts for me to return the item and issue a refund!

Cheap Chinese rubbish
Ordered well before Christmas, no communication and nothing received by 13 January. Tracking update finally arrives via Evri. Tracking via a global parcel tracker shows the item originated in China (via EQT, a Chinese logistics company), then Evri. Item arrives and it is very poor quality, the usual Chinese rubbish, not as stated on the website. Daughter is upset we wasted our money and says it's no better than Shein or Temu. Significantly MISREPRESENTED on the website. Please DO NOT waste your money.

Waiting for a returns label for a refund , this has been going on since Christmas. 1 or 2 responses to emails but no returns label . Will be contacting payment method for a refund! Worst customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Here we are on the 8th of January 2025, I'm still waiting for a parcel ordered on December the 5th last year. Many many emails to the company but they're completely ignoring me now, it's to easy for these companies when they've got your money to fob you off. Ermoleve you are an untrustworthy company. You have ripped of a pensioner who purchased a Christmas present for his wife and have not reimbursed us. A warning to all , avoid avoid avoid.

Sent multiple emails to return a bracelet. They did respond once to send a photo which I did, have heard nothing since. I have paid via Klarna and will contact them tomorrow as I won’t pay when it’s due. I’ve reached out and had no joy so will leave it on the hands of Klarna. Very disappointed with the service!! Will date today but this has gone on from before Christmas!!!!!

Awful item got shipped and was with Evri fair enough not there fault it’s stuck in Evri hands but there customer service after this is terrible emailed so many times just fobbed me of due to Christmas and new year. Now 3rd of Jan and still no reply from themselves so I’m left £55 down!!!!!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend at all

Items did not arrive in time, this is because it is drop shipped. My item arrived in a ali express bag! Very cheap, market store style jewelerry. No attempt to hide the fact it is from ali express! Will be getting a refund. Items not as described and not hallmarked silver as shown.
SCAM OF A COMPANY
SCAM OF A COMPANY, AVOID!!!! I placed an order weeks ago but still haven’t received the item, the tracking now shows my parcels been “delivered” to a parcel shop yet I selected home delivery and therefore cannot track this down as it requests the postcode of the parcel shop in order to collect the item, the team don’t respond to any emails or queries, the AI bot claims a team member will be in contact within 24 hours yet I still haven’t heard from anyone.

It finally arrived. I thought the little bag it arrived in was pathetic and cheap. I thought the necklace was pathetic and cheap looking despite the high cost of £80/90.00.

I spend £160 on a Xmas present with this company. Sent via Evri - parcel lost (stolen) at the sub office but there seems to be a reoccurring pattern of this from other reviews.
