Friendly environment. Nice tutors though I had to travel long distance from my home to the centre!

“My experience with this study center has been overwhelmingly negative. Almost everything I was told at the start turned out to be untrue. They promised regular follow-ups and support, but I received none. I was told to expect my certificate, waited two months, and then was suddenly informed of new requirements that were never mentioned before.

Across ten months, I only got two practical tests and absolutely no real lessons — just tests. Every test came with around a six-week wait, despite the fact that I was paying continuously. The delays, disorganization, and lack of structure were shocking.

Trying to speak to them over the phone was even worse. They didn’t listen, they didn’t try to understand the issue, and they immediately argued without knowing what I was talking about.

The overall treatment at the center has been disrespectful, unprofessional, and honestly one of the worst educational experiences I’ve ever had. Based on what I went through, I strongly recommend that people avoid this place.”

The 5 exams in one weekend was too stressful. Although I passed all and had good grades, the sacrifice was mentally exhausting. ERR tried their best to make it a worthwhile experience.

Everyone looking into joining them please dont. Look at all the other reviews and understand why. Save yourselves the headache and financial burden. There are many other better places to learn from where you go in and learn regularly and where they are much kinder and supportive. Dont be manipulated by their course advisors who are trying to tie you down with a loan.

Learning and Training

Falsely flagging my review when I spoke the truth. You guys wanted medical proof of my autism for me to cancel and then decided to twist it. Not to mention how you also lied saying you don't have my fathers email when we have the proof I am going to be seeking legal advice in regards to the fact I was peer pressured and taken advantage off. To anybody who reads this please do not join these people they will sell you dreams lie about spaces being limited and then after joining them they will offer zero help or support. All they'll do is offer some meaningless 6 month defferal to bleed you more money.

Practical training was good. The trainer, John was very helpful. Have guidance in areas that assistance was required.

Excellent experience for doing my Practical at the centre

My tutor was very friendly and supportive. He always made sure I understood everything before moving on and took the time to explain things clearly whenever I was struggling. I really appreciated their patience and encouragement — it made learning much easier and more enjoyable.

Please please please! Do not study with this company. This company is a scammed! They scammed your money. After signing the contract my son asked to visit the training site. First told my son that he had to booked an appointment but no available. Second time phoned to request, there would be too dangerous for someone to visit. Third time called, told must passed the first test to book an appointment. Everytime, there is someone answering the phone and asked when did you enrolled the course by the third time he made the phone called it has already passed the 14 day cooling period, how's convenient! The course is poor written and there is no tutor to help. The company promised to trained on site but when asked there is no available and now I couldn't study any further as no tutor helps and owed a lot of debt. I did asked not to pay further after couldn't study further but this company refused and still demand the money. This is not fair of we enrolled a proper college even the private one we can withdrawn from the school and not pay the rest now he is in 43 months debt?!

I was sold this course after being told it had an emphasis on "providing real-world practical knowledge and skills", and that practical training would give me the "skills and experience you need to work competently and safely" in the market. ERR themselves state the their job is to "give you the hands-on knowledge and skills for the career you have chosen", and yet the course couldn't be farther from this.
After working through hundreds of pages worth of poorly-written, illogically-structured, and badly-laid out textbook, completing the TMA's required, and spending hours using the online 'interactive' learning resource and watching the video lectures, I am still a long distance away from attending any sort of practical course.
What's billed in promotional material is a practically focussed course comprising of a digestible "5 Sections" is actually a slog of learning through subpar material. You will see these sections broken down into bullet points that hide the true scale of the information you're expected to learn through sitting and reading (not helpful when you're a experiential learner such as myself) and interspersed with Practical "Weekends" designed to clearly imply all of such material can completed in the week in-between.
This course is not fit for purpose, and differs significantly to how it was sold. This company will make you feel special, take your money, and then refuse to engage with you realise the truth of their course.
As for my own experience directly, I was told that the 14-day cancellation period should have been enough to know that the course wasn't as practical-focussed as they made out.
DO NOT TRUST ERR.
