I am disappointed with after sales service. I have no issue with the sales team who sold me my new Fiesta but I do have huge concerns about the inability of service department to offer me help when my 3 month old vehicle started playing up. The service light came on after 3,000 miles and then car drove poorly - lurching in lower gears and lack of power on acceleration. The following day drove to EAG/Essex Ford Rayleigh for some hope of assistance. They would not look at my vehicle that day and said they had not availability at all for over a week. Checked with EAG Southend and they could not assist either. I was just told that if my car broke down I would be recovered under Ford Assist - not really want I wanted to hear. Now booked in for a week's time and having to leave car for whole day with no courtesy car which is a huge inconvenience. One of the reasons I bought a new car is the reliability factor which is not the case here. I have called to speak to EAG General Service Manager and have left him a message. I would have hoped for better after sales care when something goes wrong

Great service. Knowledgeable sales team. Display of vehicles good in a limited space. Made to feel special. Every aspect of sale explained. Handover excellent. All the car controls and features fully explained.

Got my new car from them, but not had much dealing with them since, The car I have is a Focus ST Line X, 2017, been very Happy with the car until a stone hit the front fog light, I then found out, what a STUPID design they are, they are about 12 inches off the ground and some Idiot put glass lenses in them and you can't buy the just the glass, its all one unit at £75 + fitting, so if you are unlucky you could be buying one a week, so beware,

Good basic service but the sales person caused my wife and I some discomfort with his comments round immigration . Update ..this whole episode has caused my wife and I genuine distress not least because our son in law whilst now being a proud hard working U.K. citizen was originally an immigrant .We are now concerned about having to deal with this individual should any problems occur with our vehicle .
As a postscript to this episode we received two message chasing excellent reviews from the salesperson who had offended us both, even including suggestions as to the required content . I regret not challenging the salesperson and leaving my wife to complete the purchase as she was equally upset , but sadly having had four strokes I struggle to deal with conflict. We both remain shocked at the lack of professionalism that we have alway valued from your company in the past.

Excellent service - Paul Cooper was simply amazing. He made the buying of my new car so simple and enjoyable.

we were looking for a new car but not sure what one. the young lad Mitchell was so very helpful and friendly, I explained my needs, he listened and suggested that i try sitting in the Venga and straight away i knew it was the car for me. other salesman in different garages did not listen to my needs and tried to sell us unsuitable vehicles. he even phoned us up after we had brought the car to make sure everything was going ok. we had one small problem which turned out to be my fault, but they could not have been more helpful and even rang next day to make sure everything was ok. would recommend them 100%

First class service from the moment we walked in. We bought a brand new fiesta, this is our third one from eag. Brett the salesman was very good, talked us through everything we needed to know. We know where to go when we need another car. Definetly recommend this company

Great service ! Really helpful all the stress is taken out of buying a new car. They took care of everything & explained everything clearly. Being a single female I took my brother with me for moral support thinking they would treat a women on her own differently. But I need not of worried the team where fantastic I could not of asked for more.. Thank-you.
