Amazing results from the laser hair removal treatment I have been having. I am really happy with the results so far, after just a few sessions. Megan has made me feel at ease and has done such a great job with the treatment.

Absolutely shocking customer service and not in a good way. I’m not surprised they are having to do cheap offers to rob customers of their deposits!!

Definitely would not recommend and will not be taken in with their fake offers again.

I have recently completed my 3rd facial laser treatment and the results have been phenomenal. I would previously have to wear concealer on my rosacea to have full coverage, but I am now confident in wearing only a tinted moisturiser. My consultation was undertaken by Belle who was extremely professional, knowledgable and friendly. My treatments have been completed by Megan, who is not only friendly and able to answer all my queries with her extensive knowledge, but makes you feel right at home. I have also been advised on a whole skin care regime and my skin has never looked so good. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a 5 star service!

I cannot fault Toni at all, she was fantastic. Lovely and friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

I've rated 3 stars because the treatment is listed as 45 mins, when it was 25minutes. I was taken in to the room 5:20 and was paying by reception at 5:50.

I did get this treatment half price due to a deal but if it was the full price at £95 I would have been livid due to the duration.

I just want to reiterate this is nothing against Toni as she was perfect. It is the clinic.

After an email from Eterno, it appears to have been wrongly advertised. I have been told it was a mini signature facial however this was advertised as the full treatment. So if any one is to buy this service be aware it's for half the treatment. False advertising.

I have been having laser hair removal here and I wish I had done it much sooner! I had low expectations due to a poor experience at another clinic, but I am very impressed with the results so far. The hair is noticeably thinner and gone in some places after only a few sessions. I’m shocked but so pleased with the results! This is the best laser machine (having tried others with no results) and Megan does such a great job of making you feel very comfortable during the treatment.

Tried my first Hydr-O-facial today with the lovely Megan and it was just fantastic from start to finish :))
Megan is a natural putting you at ease and talking through each step but also engaging in general conversation which helps set a comfortable and friendly atmosphere :))

I’ve had a few treatments at Eterno and every time the service is excellent. From the moment you walk into the lush clinic, you’re greeted and made to feel so comfortable and valued. Annabelle is amazing at what she does and now has an equally amazing team with her. My latest Hydrofacial was by Megan. Totally brilliant, knowledgeable, explained everything and each step explained what I may feel. I had the most amazing Fire and Ice treatment facial around 2/3 weeks ago. Toni tailor made the treatment to my current skin needs and gave me the most amazing face massage !
My skin feels and looks amazing. I have had lots of compliments!! Highly recommend Eterno, all the team are brilliant and I love all the treatments!

Annabelle is brilliant at what she does and always goes that extra mile for her clients to achieve the best results.
I have had many different treatments at Eterno and each one has been tailored to what would be best suited on the day after having that initial consultation prior to the treatment. I have also learnt and gained so much knowledge about at home products that Eterno have been able to provide me with through the brands they use in the clinic.
I have recently had my first laser appointment at the clinic, which was carried out by Megan who is so lovely and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I am so happy with the results after just one session as the hair is already greatly reduced. I can’t wait to go back again in a couple of weeks for my next session!
