The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the environment is warm inside whilst maintaining a clinical beauty environment. I have had 1 session of laser hair removal so far and have noticed and incredible difference straight away with Poppy being very professional through my experience.

From the moment I walked in I was made to welcome. I was greeted with smiles from everyone I came into contact with. Emma was amazing, she talked me through every aspect of the procedure and answered all of the questions I had at the consultation. When it came to my appointment she talked me through it again and made sure I was comfortable at every step. I would definitely recommend Eterno. It has a relaxing atmosphere and great, caring staff who listen to your concerns and do everything they can to help you.

The lady on the reception desk was very welcoming and got me to complete some forms as this was my first visit, she then asked if I would like a drink. I was made to feel very welcome and was talked through the facial every step with clear after care instructions given verbally and with a guide to take away. The place is immaculately clean. There was no hard sell or pressure to purchase anything or rebook however I can't wait to go back and made an appointment straight away to have a LVL lashes. Brilliant service and very relaxing would highly recommend.

I've had two laser hair removal sessions now on my legs and underarms and the treatment is working amazingly well. Annabelle is superb, she is extremely knowledgeable, provides great advice and as a client makes me feel very comfortable at all times. I would most definitely recommend Eterno.
