My son had Millie (not sure of the spelling) at the Wythenshawe Forum today covering his lesson and can I just say what an amazing swim teacher she is!!! She shared her attention equally throughout the whole class, she noticed what the children was struggling with and individually gave them advice and help. She was patient, extremely helpful and very good at her job. My son thoroughly enjoyed his lesson today and came out more confident in himself. Thank you Millie, what a fab addition to the team you make!! ♥️

WiFi available but the gym switch it off so school kids who congregate in the surrounding area don't abuse it - I understand the issue but this is a silly solution that the minority spoil it for the majority as some of rely on WiFi as there is no reception in the gym area - can't a password be put on (perhaps one that changes daily) like other businesses do?

I’ve been using Wythenshawe Forum for my seated pilates sessions and usually have a good experience, but what happened today was completely unacceptable.

I called about a no-show fee that was wrongly added to my account. I’m a wheelchair user and had entered through the disabled access with my daughter, who accidentally only scanned her own card. Emma can confirm I was there.

The female staff member who answered my call was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the start. She kept telling me the issue was my “own doing” without listening, refused to help, and then hung up the phone on me while I was still speaking. I was shocked at how hostile she was.

No member especially someone dealing with accessibility issues should ever be spoken to like that. It shows a serious lack of training, empathy, and basic customer service.

I really hope management take this seriously. One rude staff member can undo all the good work of the rest of the team.

The forum is lovely for different activities great for adults and children. I will say, Will and Mellisa who do the active ants are amazing, lovely friendly and couldn’t ask for better people for my children to be around, I would highly recommend :)

My first time swimming after becoming a senior citizen. Because of my age I qualify for free swimming. From meeting the staff front of house at Wythenshawe Forum Everyone Active for the first time, everyone was so helpful and informative. They downloaded their app for me and also said I could ring up and book an adult swim session if I’m not good with tech. The swimming pool is really good and bigger than I expected it to be with a lifeguard keeping us all safe. I joined to get extra exercise and managed to swim about 15 lengths. At the time I went there was about 13 people swimming so there was plenty of room to swim. I’ve already booked my next swim and will go as many times as I can.

website an app difficult - then you get locked out - then you cannot get through to wythenshwe to sort out hwo to get unlocked - tried for 3 weeks just to book any session - still cannot get in - left voicemails, emails no reply no answer no phones, its just a joke ot be honest

I had a problem signing in and the lady was very helpful and patient as it took 15 minutes to sort. Also very pleasant.

Try to notify people when there’s an upcoming event at the gym. Because it’s inconvenience while doing your workout and a staff will come to you and say you need to leave the place immediately, because some people are coming to use the place for an event.

I loved the warm reception received from the staff especially Pari and Demitri, they have been amazing. Also I love the facilities and every activity I partake in. Thank you and good work done

It’s a great gym! The classes are amazing. Really helpful staff members who are always available and happy to help. I just wish they didn’t shut so early on a Saturday!!! They shut at 5pm on Saturday. Out of all days too but other than that it’s great!

A good swim & visit to the health suite at Wythenshawe Forum .
However there is a HUGE shortage of lockers . Most are locked with no keys available . This means that my handbag is not secure , which is a worry . People are taking locked locker keys home overnight to 'reserve' a locker . This problem needs sorting out urgently

Plenty of equipment to use, many classes to join, sauna and steam room very good but could possibly be a little larger to accommodate busier times. Hope they look into installing a jacuzzi pool within the health suite? PT’s are very helpful and easy to book. For £22 PM a very good gym. Great value.

Forum gym Wythenshawe is very welcoming and suits all needs. Chill in the steam room or sweat in the gym, everything is covered. Leisurely swim or break the olympic record, again the gym has you covered.

Has everything you need and the staff are always pleasant and very helpful.

It's easy to book and the staff are helpful

We had a coffee this morning and went back at lunch and had a lovely meal,very reasonable price.,The two ladies who work there are lovely super friendly and helpful, They keep the place immaculate as well ,a credit to the forum .We will definitely be going back there when we next go to wythenshawe. Thank you both for making it a lovely experience.

Fantastic swimming instructors, clean pool and facilities. (Wythenshawe)
Stage 4 swimming instructor cover for today's lesson was brilliant with the swimmers, good communication, support and encouragement. Connor kept the swimmers on target moving from one goal to another swiftly and no time wasted in-between. From the pool viewing area I understood exactly what was going on in the lesson aswell as the swimmers.
My child come out of the pool feeling confident and proud of herself for working on new goals and doing really well with the clear communication and support and encouragement provided throughout the lesson.
Really greatful! Thank you to the swim team.

Great swim but no privacy in ladies shower area, anyone can walk in no door in this area and at the opposite end is the men's toilets.
Showers should be cubicles in ladies shower room. Really bad design changing room area.

They’re getting better at keeping the health suite clean the changing rooms are still gross you see people dusting the tops of the doors when the floor is completely disgusting and the doors are covered in a weird white stuff
