A pleasure to deal with and always address any issues (although there have hardly been any issues and any issues are relatively minor). An excellent and reliable service.

Super fast service, approachable staff and quality install.

Speed is unreal really happy with the service. Feels good to finally get rid of virgin media who provide good download speed but the worst customer service experience. They refused to give me the same bill as a new customer and I was paying about 40% more then new customers as a 7+ year customer with no default payments. I have showed my friends the speeds and they can't wait till this service can be provided to them.

Had my install on Tuesday from the very start Exascale was professional and great Internet is amazing.

Exascale have provided me with an excellent, personalised service for many years, in which time I have noticed their offering expand. I would highly recommend them for any IT requirements. My only issue is that they don't supply their awesome looking fibre broadband packages to my area :(

I've now had Exascale internet for some time, during this time I have had very few minor issues however when raised these were resolved the very same day. The speeds are good and the service is also above average compared to the bigger suppliers out there.

I work from home at the moment like a lot of people and I can complete work, have movies streaming for my son and the radio among other things without any disruption, I would reccomend Exascale to anyone.

As always Exascale offer best value prices and service is first class. I have been a customer for over 8 years and Tom and his team have always been there to assist. Never had an issue easy to use interface.

We live on a new housing estate (7 years old now) that didn't have fibre fitted by the telecoms company...
Exascale first provided us with high quality wireless broadband with good speeds, easily beating what we had before.
Exascale then upgraded us and our neighbours to fibre which has been excellent- far surpassing our expectations.
When Covid hit I have been reliant on my internet connection to work from home and Exascale haven't missed a beat! Colleagues with connections from the more commonly known providers have experienced regular downtime and outages, fortunately for me I have not.
If you want reliable, superfast broadband then look know further!!
