Would never use again. My item is now over 1 week late. I received no confirmation even though they took payment. I then had to ring them 3 times to locate my order which they failed to do.
Then I was told I would receive a confirmation email from the courier which I have not had which means I will then need to contact them again.

Brought the 120x80cm Gatsby mirror and we love it. It looks amazing in our lounge. Great, quick service and arrived spotless. Thank you.

Rang this company twice over, trying to check availability on a mirror i was wanting to purchase from them. Each time a very efficient sounding lady said; " I will need to put you through to our sales team for that, but they are on the phones at the moment so I will take your details and get them to ring you back" ....they never rang back, not a squeak.....so I placed the order with another company !

Gorgeous mirror purchased from exclusive mirrors. Great price too! Same mirror in well known department store selling for £109 more than I paid. Well worth the wait. Excellent communications from the company too. Would recommend!

Great experience. I emailed the company ahead of my order to see what the delivery process was like and was responded to the next day. I was satisfied with the response so ordered and had the mirror the next day. Really impressed with the quality of the product for the price that I paid. This mirror was a great deal more expensive elsewhere. Customer service was excellent and delivery was extremely prompt. Would order from they again without hesitation.

Got the best customer service ever! Pictures do not do justice to the item.
After being miss sold the multi faced mirror from another website where mirror did not look same as their website, I rang exclusive mirrors and explained to them what had happened to me. The gentleman was so kind that he opened the mirror I was wanting and sent me a picture before I purchased it.
I was so happy with the service plus really good delivery!!
Will be ordering from here again.

Excellent service, ordered a mirror on 31st Jan it arrived on the 6th Feb, I was emailed delivery details the day before arrival, the delivery company also texted me with a time, I was away on the day of delivery and didn't get the chance to reschedule but the driver rang me to say he was at my door and was there anywhere he could leave the parcel,I said he could leave it at the door but he tried several of my neighbour's and eventually left it with one of them, he then rang me to tell me where to pick it up, I am very pleased with my mirror and the service I received was excellent

The worst retailer I've ever encountered! Diabolical customer service team with a massive attitude problem. I purchased a freestanding mirror from them. I never received any correspondents or details when the item would be delivered. I called up on two separate days in one week to try and prompt a delivery date and time frame. Not one single call back from them. I had to call them again and their rude customer service team finally stated it would be delivered by an external courier rather than their regular delivery driver, and a one hour delivery window would be sent nearer to the time. When I finally got an alert (a phone call) from their regular delivery driver said he would deliver it the next day between 7am-7:15am. I woke up that morning to find the delivery happened at 6:45am, the driver didn’t even ring the doorbell/knock on the door and left the item leaning outside the front of the house exposed to the street for anyone to steal. I called up their customer service team (again!) who said it didn't matter how it got delivered, the main thing is I got it within 7 days and proceeded to deny they had provided an awful service. I had to request for my delivery charge back... tbc if that will happen. Don't use them unless it's the last resort.

After reading some ... not so good reviews, I was hoping this was because of the old owners.... well my order was processed with an expected date of 3 weeks.... I got it within a week but to top it off I was called by a private delivery driver that is employed by the company to make sure items are delivered damage free.... very happy and would highly recommend this company

Extremely poor customer service and delivery! Mirror arrived badly damaged and they took 5 weeks to refund after threatening to involve Trading Srandards. I hope someone actually reads this and takes it seriously. Purchasing from this company is a gamble. You either get a decent mirror or you really don't and if you dont then good luck getting your money back!! AVOID or buy at your own peril!

Terrible company. Don’t use. Still waiting for my mirror. Apparently I was going to get my mirror Friday. Nothing!!! Then was said it was coming Monday nothing then was supposed to come today and guess what still nothing. I called this company but you can not ever get to talk to sales as always busy and they say they will call me back but nothing !! Horrendous customer service. I have always bought online and I always get my parcel in a couple of days from other companies. This company and their courier service are the worst I have ever used. I want my money back!! Don’t want the mirror I rather go back to Wayfair. You can get your order next day without any problems with Wayfair. I be getting my mirror from them thanks !! 👎👎

I ordered my mirror on the 17th october and it was delivered on the 23rd October. I was originally apprehensive because of the negative reviews but I really didn't need to be as the mirror arrived quite quickly once back in stock and very well packaged. Communication was very good and I definitely would be ordering from this company again! Such great value for money and excellent quality. Im over the moon with my purchase.Thankyou exclusive mirrors.
