Ordered & paid for a mirror. Waited almost 2 months for delivery. Never received the mirror!
& Then, received paperwork saying Exclusive Mirrors had gone into liquidation!
My Credit Card company had to sort it out on my behalf, to refund me my money.

How they are still trading, I don't understand???

Really pleased with my Mirror. It took 4 weeks as expected to be delivered.

My order never turned up. I had to go via my credit card provider.

I ordered a mirror on 30th July 2019 and as it was a large mirror it was to be a special order and would take 4 to 6 weeks. I have tried calling and emailing over the last three days for a delivery date and have only been able to leave a message. I have tried to call again today and the mail box is now full so I expect there are others like me. THANKFULLY I paid for this mirror on a credit card so I will be contacting my card company.

Just bought a mirror from Exclusive Mirrors excellent service and beautiful mirror.

Ordered and paid for two mirrors in November 2018. They arrived in February 2019. One was ok but I had to send the other back because the quality of the finish was so poor. Sophie promised me a refund of £171.60 on Feb 5th 2019- never to be received. I paid by debit card. Terrible company. I am so annoyed with myself for not researching them more thoroughly. Anyone called Watchdog about this company yet?

I am same as many on here who got ripped off. I have reported site and the company to Action Fraud organisation and will be taking matters to court, as it seems like very well set up activity to rip off customers. First they make you wait for delivery over time frames for Undelivered goods claim via bank to work, than claim as you paid with debit card you not protected and they do not have money to give.
They are back up and running despite liquidation, claiming that they have sold company, but old instagram is reactivated and webpage as well.

Ordered a mirror on Bank Holiday Monday and received it the following Tuesday. Was concerned after reading other reviews of poor service and hadn't received any emails however called their office who confirmed mirror was being delivered that day - turns out emails were in the spam folder.
Really pleased with the service I received and very happy with the mirror - will not hesitate to use them again.

Just when I was thinking I’ve lost my money my mirror came after 3 months. An order I placed last year took 2 months. Both mirrors are absolutely beautiful so I’m sad they’ve gone into liquidation and that people have lost money

Do not use this company, I would give less than 1 star if it was possible. We ordered 2 mirrors on 5 November 2018 and we are still waiting for a refund for one of the mirrors that never arrived, it’s now 22 March 2019! I tried phoning in January and was told that there was a glitch in the system over Christmas but now that I had phoned it would be refunded within a week. This did not happen. I have tried phoning again and the voicemail says that they cannot take my call at this time. Avoid avoid avoid! We bought our mirror from cult furniture in the end who were excellent!!

Like a lot of other people on here I have been conned by this company. I ordered a mirror in December and have been in regular contact with 'Sophie' in Costumer Services who always had an explanation to why I hadn't received my order. She reassured me every time that I would receive my mirror.
I now understand that these were blatant lies.
From reading other reviews it sound like they have continued to take people's money despite knowing that they would never deliver the goods.
Surely, this is criminal activity??!!??

Am still waiting 3 months afrer order for a refund of the non received mirror. Am in the process of tying to egt my money back through the county court. AVOID THIS COMPANY,

Disgraceful company. They have lied to me consistently regarding my order. They very quickly took my money but even after 3 months of phoning, e-mailing etc they didn't bother to inform me they went into liquidation.
The lowest of the low.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY-ICALL THEM SCAMMERS!

Ordered a mirror last year - to be told despite them taking my money the mirror was out of stock! Told that they would either give me a gift voucher up to the sum, or I could wait until the next batch was delivered in February. As I really wanted that mirror I decided to wait! Chased them twice in Feb, they promised it was due for delivery by the end of the month! End of the month came and bang email comes through to tell me they are in liquidation! Oh what a coincidence! They knew this all along! Wish I’d paid by cc now! Can’t believe I’ve been conned!

I cant believe I got caught out by this appalling company. Ordered mirror and after 2 months chased it and was given another delivery date but cancelled the order as was disgusted by the lack of communication. Obviously now lost my £124 as refund was due last week. No communication to say firm in liquidation.

I ordered on 21 Jan 19 and chased up the order today to find that they took my money knowing they are were going into Liqidation - something which it appears happens regularly.

Paid by DD so trying to claim back money through bank but unlikely! How can these companies continue to be operating with a track record like this one!!??
