Misleading
We originally searched for Dreamwolrd tickets in our search bar, Aussie World tickets can up in the same search trucking us which caused us to purchase non-refundable tickets that are useless to us, very disappointed with Experience Oz and had been red flagged as false advertising and would never use your website again.
Update: it’s funny that you respond we are sorry to hear and please email us as we are happy to help, help with what? You didn’t resolve my issue at all, you didn’t offer anything to me since l am out of pocket, never using Experience Oz again terrible customer service that helps with nothing.

The final outcome was good but it took too long
The final outcome was good but it took longer than it should have! i asked for a refund on the website page & got no email confirming my request, so i sent another message a few days later on the website asking for a refund & still no email. I found your email address &messaged you & i am happy to say i got my refund very quickly after almost 2 weeks of stressing! so maybe replying to website messages would be an improvement!

Fun tour with expert guides
Very experienced guides, fun, down to earth communication. Sorted out a problem in real time with no dramas.
The tour took us out into the Park at night and we were lucky to see all the animals except for a tassie devil.

At the last minute, we got a mail that the trip had been canceled. We couldn't reschedule because there were no more places available by the end of the week. Then, there was the problem of getting a refund.

Booked a cruise on the river in Gold…
Booked a cruise on the river in Gold Coast. It said in the description that it was supposed to be 90 min long and snacks in it. We went to the cruise and it was finished in 60 mins and no complimentary drinks/snacks. We went to complain to the lady in the ticket booth and she apologised and said that she can’t do anything cause we booked through you guys. So very disappointed as we only booked that cruise cause it was supposed to be 90 mins and with drinks/snacks.

Hassle-Free Gumbuya World Tickets via Experience Oz
We booked our Gumbuya World tickets through Experience Oz and the experience was excellent. The website was easy to use and the checkout process was straightforward. I really liked that they offer occasional discounts and allow you to skip the queues. Having the option to pay with Afterpay was an added bonus. Overall, it was a very convenient and worthwhile way to purchase tickets.

I purchased a combo ticket for four…
I purchased a combo ticket for four attractions, expecting a smooth and well-organized process. However, when I arrived at the park entrance, I was unable to enter because I was never sent the barcode tickets.
Instead, I only received a reference number, which is not accepted at the park gate. As a result, despite having paid in full and being physically at the park, I was denied entry.
To make matters worse, I have been waiting for over 30 minutes at the entrance while the team “tries to resolve” an issue that should never have happened. Sending a valid ticket with a barcode is the absolute minimum expected after a purchase like this.
This lack of organization and support caused stress, wasted time, and frustration, especially while traveling with a planned schedule.
I do not recommend this website and would not purchase from them again.
