Still very happy with the end result. However, my last purchase was filled with air bubbles and one was broken which ended up in the bin.

Not sure. The package had no instructions. I emptied the whole serynge into the trays, put them on and immediately had a burning sensation on my top gun. I burned my top mouth palate. Ok.. I thought I put too much on, next time once mouth healed I put less gel on and kept it for 30 minutes but no results. When can I repeat the procedure? It doesn’t say how many time it should take to white teeth and how often I can use the product.

Excellent product
Been ordering for quite a while when I couldn’t get any gel from my dentist during lockdown. This works just as well and is a fraction of the cost, even with shipping costs to the uk. Never had to wait too long for delivery so I’m very pleased with the product the price and the service.

We are sorry to hear that you are not experiencing the results you desire. When you whiten your teeth you are whitening extrinsically (outside in). This is the removal of stains no matter how many years they have been there. Your teeth will whiten to their original whiteness. There are a few reasons that some people (less than 3%) of people do not experience the whitening results. The intrinsic (inside) part of the tooth has been damaged due to some of the following reasons:
1) Being exposed to tetracycline / antibiotics as a child.
2) Over fluoridated drinking water or over supplementation of fluoride as a child or damage to the tooth.
3) When the teeth are stained early in life, as they are developing in the child, will be harder to remove with any teeth whitening procedure other than successful removing of surface stains .
4) Humans are born with one of 3 natural colors to their teeth. White yellow and gray. Teeth whitening will get teeth white as they can be, but the natural tooth hue will always be there.
We hope you are experiencing results with the removing of surface staining and restoring your teeth to their most natural white base color.

This product is useless
The product has no effect my clients leave very disappointed to the point where I have had to offer free top up service. Please shop around and don’t waste you time. I’m livid since changing with this company I have lost a few customers.

This is the exact product that we supply to dentists (for over 15-years). You purchased an 8-gel pack of 35% and an 8 gel-pack of 44% over a year ago. Are you sure you are reviewing our product? 16 gels would whiten about 16 customers teeth. Surely you have had purchase more product for your business in the past 12-months? If so, those additional gels were not purchased from us.
