I would rate minus 1 if possible.
Was pleased with my previous purchase this time the delivery and customer service has been a NIGHTMARE.
If you are outside of the USA DO NOT ORDER.
I have patiently waited 14 Business Days and keep being told to wait another week.
The USPS tracking service requires a fee if you wish to track your item further and if you try to call the Customer Service line the Mailbox is full.
Avoid this company like the Plague.

Commande passée mais jamais reçu , même après avoir envoyé des mails pas de réponses. C’est une grosse arnaque j’ai demandé un remboursement qui n’arrivera jamais à ne surtout pas commander sur le site.

Not received my delivery, no communication at all about if my products has been dispatched.
As far as im aware its a scam! AVOID!!!

It’s a good product and it works well.
The only problem is the nozzle in which the gel leaves the syringe is too large.
And controlling the amount of gel can be tricky, quite often I found I would accidentally dispense far too much in to my trays.

Great customer service and product packaging. I used their services for professional services but the gel is not strong at all. Does not give vivid results. Sadly had to get another vendor.

My teeth have been stained through years of smoking and it won’t come off so I decided to get some trays and I got some of this Expert white gel
It works a treat.My teeth have never been whiter…
I whiten them once a month overnight from about 11 pm till 6 or 7 am…This way is not recommended but it’s not me any harm but everyone s different I suppose…

Good and reliable

no communication. never received the product as it wasn't shipped out in the first place. good thing i paid through paypal otherwise god knows how i would've got my money back. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM do not purchase from them! i lost so much money from teeth whitening clients cancelling on me because i was waiting a whole month for these people to ship me my gels!

The gel does exactly what it is supposed to do, whitens teeth but I found the mint taste far too strong.

Ware wurde vom Zoll beschlagnahmt, musste einen weiten Weg fahren, um sie abzuholen. Dann noch verzollen, also zusätzliche Kosten.
Mehrere Mails an den Händler wurden nicht beantwortet.

I have been using this Gel for a while. And find it does what it says. The 16-22% is best for my gums they higher ones irritate my gums. The results are ‘white’ and I always get complements.
Recently I put the wrong address on the order. So got lost. My fault totally. ( senior moment ) I emailed the company and as soon as the tracking showed what had happened a new batch was sent out and arrived super quick to the UK. I certainly will recommend them.

I ordered a batch of the medium strength gel. The gel is obviously strong, as pretty much every time I use it my gums end up with burns on them and a white colouring, but it has barely made any difference to my actual teeth despite using a professionally made mould. I'd recommend using strips from somewhere instead, much easier process
