The contact lens came split maybe I just got a bad batch but I couldn’t even use it, however the business gave me a quick solution and sent me a new pair for free the next day so i am very happy with the customer service !! Will definitely buy again

I’ve been ordering from this company for yearssss!!
I’ve been super loyal and for some unknown reason the postcode for my item was incorrect nothing to do with me and they are refusing to re-deliver my item or send another pair after 13 days of the item travelling back and forth to different sorting offices.
It just goes to show no matter how loyal you are to a company all they want is their money from you with zero care and consideration.
I will not be shopping here again and I have also found somewhere else where I can get my lenses so much cheaper.
All for the sake of them not wanting to resend me another pair to show that my custom is welcome??!!!
Their deliveries ridiculously slow anyway because they removed the faster options with tracking why?
Who knows?
So if you want missing lenses with bad service this is definitely the place to go

Ordered a few pairs from EyeCandy, and they look terrible so fake looking! Nothing like the pictures, one of the lenses seems to have a huge crease down the middle so haven’t even been able to try my most recent purchase, so I’m now out of pocket 🤬, spend more works out better value and hopefully somewhere else will have better customer service! If I could give a no star review I would, 1 is being far to generous.

These are the best lenses I have ever tried!!! Their so comfortable and lightweight on your eyes no matter how long you wear them they do not make your eyes red as some lenses tend to do overtime. I have worn my pair many times and they still look brand new the pigmentation of the lenses is like no other the colour will show up on the darkest of eyes !! Defo my new go to for lenses your missing out !!💕💕💕💕x
