Fantastic service from start to finish took my car in for MOT on Wednesday and sadly it failed on two things. I took my car away with very clear information to what was needed to be done to the car.
Extremely clear and informative that allowed me to get the correct items that was needed to fix it. I took it back for a retest today Friday that it passed the MOT

Used before and were OK. Booked a two tyre change online, turned up and the place was carnage. The tyre changing guy had quit! If the remainder of the team worked as hard as they moaned/swore…..they’d be millionaires. Clearly a poorly run business from the top. Fella in the garage was nice enough but running around with his head on fire. Though the tyres got done (eventually and no where near my booked slot), I won’t be returning.

Had an issue with my car, called up the Hemel branch, and was dealt with promptly and professionally. Can't thank Sam enough for fixing it ASAP, would recommend highly! will be returning!

I realised I had a puncture and managed to get an appointment at Formula 1. Keegan was really helpful and polite on the phone and was the same in person when I came to the appointment. He and his team said my tyre was not repairable (which I had expected due to the location of the damage.) He was very amenable about putting on a replacement tyre which I had brought with me. The Formula 1 in Dunstable has said that they were unable to fit customer's own parts so I was delighted that this branch had a different policy. They fitted my tyre and charged a reasonable price. I was very happy with the service and would recommend this centre. Keegan was very friendly and helpful and provided good customer service.

Outstanding service from Keegan and Sam! Fitted me in with extremely short notice despite calling 4 or 5 other garages within the area. When I arrived Keegan was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Fixed the car with no issues - would definitely recommend for your any of your motoring needs!

Absolutely dreadful service at the Woodlane, Hemel Hempstead branch. Had to have a new tyre fitted which I'd ordered on-line and made an appointment for 10am to have it fitted. Was kept waiting for over an hour and when I drove away within 10 mins my TPMS warning light came on. Took it back and they said they'd fixed it, which they hadn't as it came back on as soon as I restarted the car. Will never let them touch my car again.

Went to St Albans and the European manager was very rude. Will never go back there. Sam and the boys in Hemel sorted me out at 5:30 Same day, huge help and did a great job too!

Absolutely incorrect. I had an online MOT appointment, two hours before the appointment I got a call from the service that the machine was broken and they canceled my MOT. I'm still waiting for my refund now 11 days and no one is doing anything. I called customer service several times and each time they tell me that they will return the money within 5 days, but I'm still waiting. I don't recommend

Arrived for my 8:30 MOT at the Hemel Branch on 19/07/2023 to be told the tester is on Holiday for two weeks and all MOTs are cancelled. Not only did I not receive any prior notification, I got sent an email reminder on the 18th saying not to forget the appointment. Furthermore, in order to get my money back I had to ring customer services myself where I received no apology.

Never used them in the past and I never will in the future. Zero trust in the company.

I visited Formula 1 Hemel Hempstead and they were amazing, I know nothing about cars but they didnt make me feel stupid, replaced my starter motor on my BMW and because they were so lovely my car is back with them today to check an issue with my brakes. Second time I've used F1, both times they have fit me in on the day to fix the punctures in my tyres. Fixed them there and then, quickly and efficiently!
Would 100% recommend.

F1 have carried out MOTs on my car and my wife’s both with excellent service. Yesterday they discovered a nail in a tyre, this morning I took the car in and they did a puncture repair while I waited. We’ll done.

I called into Formular One this morning to see if they could book my car in to repair my tyre which had a nail in and was constantly going down and the very helpful young man said "sure come back at 2.00pm.
I went back at 2.00pm and the guy said "just take a seat and he would get someone to have a look at my car".I waited about 10 minutes and was beginning to wonder if I had been forgotten but then I noticed my car had gone and a few minutes later the guy came out and said "all good to go.
When I asked him how much I owed him he said "no charge" which surprised me but I was eternally grateful and would recommend Formula One any time for price and service and reliability and will use them more in the future.

I rang in the morning to see if they had any appointments to change a ball joint, the lovely man Kyle told me to bring my car in the same day and he’d have a look.
He went above and beyond to help me, being a young woman and not having a clue about cars, he talked me through everything thoroughly, telling me what the problems were and advising me on everything.
He gave me a quote and also gave me a discount!
I can’t fault this garage, they were friendly, smiling and wanting to help me!
