Just had the wife’s VW Tiguan at F1 Hemel for a service. Fantastic service and the chap on reception was extremely helpful and polite. Carried out 4 wheel alignment free of charge. Some F1’s have a bad rep but I was massively impressed today with the Hemel branch. Great work gents👍🏻👍🏻

Great fast service. Booked online for 2 new tyres fitted same day. Appointment within a hour. Was served my Mark who was very friendly. Was told it would be a hour and done within half hour. Great service and would recommend.

Oil change and new filter, done with a smile and great banter at Hemel Hempstead.

Excellent service at Hemel Hempstead centre. Had a puncture, called and agreed a time to visit, I was seen on time. My puncture was assessed and could be repaired and it was done for free. Quick, efficient and ver fair! Thank you.

I had the misfortune to have a seized caliper effectively immobilising my car. It was a Friday morning and when I got to Formula One Hemel Hempstead I could see they were busy and didn't hold out much hope of getting back on the road for a journey to Somerset at the end of the weekend. But Mark came to the rescue he went above and beyond to take the car in investigate the issue keeping me updated on progress they were able to acquire the parts and with Luke the technician they had me back on the road by Saturday lunchtime.
Credit where credit is due great service both professional and friendly, this is a company I'd highly recommend.

Had a engine malfunction come up on a Sunday afternoon. F1 Autocentre in Hemel Hempstead was open. Fabulous, friendly and honest service from Mark, Shaun and Jamie. They went above and beyond what is normally expected. I couldn't be more impressed with their help and advice.

Had to visit my local formula one auto centre this morning with a suspected puncture.
From the moment I arrived and met by Mark who turned out to be the manager the experience was brilliant.
The puncture was repaired promptly, he even checked my car over as I had mentioned that I was driving to Scotland in a couple of days not just the tyres but all oil and fluid levels etc, how nice it was to get what I call, good old fashioned SERVICE.
I will certainly be using this branch again and have no hesitation in highly recommending them, excellent service in fact Brilliant service if I could give 10 stars I would, this is a genuine review.

Needed a puncture repaired as they were busy had to leave my car there. Rang up after a few hours. I was informed that they had not got to it yet would be another 45 mins. When it was ready they rang me, I went and picked it up. I was told no charge as it had taken so long.

Mark was extremely helpful and accommodating to my situation. He price matched for me which really helped me, he was really kind and had a great working attitude.

In a sticky situation we’ve all found ourselves in with a car needing to be repaired, he made it extremely less stressful.

used F1 in Hemel Hempstead today,(25/3/22), for a puncture repair at 3pm...there where only 2 mechanics on today so they where short-staffed, but there friendly and professional customer service, and attitude where top class. they are a credit to F1 Hemel.
a new manager had started early today, Mark. could not fault him...it is clear that he brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the role...his people skills are exemplary and will make a lot of happy customers,(me for one), and bring in a lot of future ones with that kind of attitude...good choice of appointment F1.
i cannot recommend F1 autocentre Hemel Hempstead highly enough. keep up the good work guys. proper job :).A+++
