28 day return policy helped me get what I needed in the right size amongst a hectic travel schedule. It's not a new idea, it's not hard, but unfortunately it's rare. Simple, honest trading. Nice.

In safe hands
I ordered an avalanche airbag. It was a late decision based on the dangerous conditions developing in the Alps. Although the bag had to be specially ordered I had confidence in it getting to me as the team straight away understood the importance of this to me.
The trust was warranted and I got the bag even sooner than expected with time to do a practice before the trip even.
I'm now both a satisfied client and a Facewest fan as well.

I came across Facewest via an Internet search for a specific garment. I hadn't used them before so the normal reservations were there before placing my order. I ordered a pair of Salomon's slab sense 4 ultra's at Facewest. The price was excellent and no delivery was charged for sending to the Netherlands.
The package arrived within a few days, very quick! Information was good.
I received a Track-link from Facewest and later one from DPD. So, all in all, an excellent experience with Facewest
