Feather & Black Reviews

Ali was a fantastic sales assistant. I can’t thank him enough for his support. Please pass this feedback onto his manager. Outstanding customer service

I purchased a Temper protector as F&B was the best priced retailer - full marks on your prices!
However, when this arrived it was open and wet through.
I contacted Karen who without hesitation arranged for a replacement to be sent out.
I cannot thank Karen enough for her help and professional service.
Occasionally things go wrong - which happens. However, when a colleague makes things right it shows that you care about your customers.

Many thanks again to Karen.

Angelo was very helpful and well informed. He was able to answer all our questions.
He did all the paper/online work most efficiently.
This was our second visit. We decided to place an order for a new bed, and are confident the process will be efficiently followed through.

Jas, the staff member who dealt with us, could not have been more helpful or courtious both in an initial phone enquiry and subsequent visit to the store. our purchase was efficiently handled from start to finish.

Quality furniture and speedy delivery. Great communication and top workmen to assemble.

I’m currently moving house, so as you can imagine, life is pretty stressful. On top of that, I needed a bed and mattress delivered on a specific day, which made everything feel even more complicated.

Tamara was absolutely brilliant. She listened carefully to what I needed, immediately understood where the stress points were, and used her knowledge and experience to make it happen. She was patient, kind, practical, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution. She even applied a discount, which was such a lovely bonus.

I’m incredibly grateful for her help and support. Feather & Black should treasure Tamara. Sshe is a fantastic brand ambassador and a real asset to the company.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Very satisfied with the Oliver bed king size in Mauve. The colour is perfect, and makes the room feel lively and cozy, the structure is solid and sturdy. I assembled it by myself and it was fairly straightforward! Delivery was smooth, directly to my room of choice. Brilliant service.

The quality of the furniture was excellent. Packaged beautifully and well protected during delivery. Our order arrived, as expected, and brought into our house by two very professional delivery guys.
