Antwoord van FERADJE
Hi Suad, we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your order. We checked your tracking details and your order was shipped the next morning after it was placed and delivered within 10 days of shipping (since this was an international order), so we do not understand why you had to wait 8 weeks.
Regarding the material, the white abaya you had purchased is made from high-quality crepe which gives it a drape, hence a bit more weight –– we are sorry that this was not what you expected. With that said, we do have other styles which are more lightweight and you could always contact us via chat or email to specify any requirements or to confirm any specifications that you are looking for.
Best regards,
FERADJE team
I'd definitely buy again
