Appalling customer service. I ordered at the start of June and returned 4 dresses as they came up too big- I asked to exchange one. I never got my exchanged dress and have been fighting to get my money back. They said they will process the refund but I still have not received my money. Each time I email I'm told to wait 10 days for a response! Absolutely awful, I do not recommend this company. If you really want one of the products buy from M&S- I wish I had!

I ordered at the start of June. Received a shipment notice on 17th June. Parcel didn’t arrive so emailed customer services. Told to wait. Waited. Emailed a further 3 times in 3 weeks with no response at all. Received a generic email after 4 weeks with a refund - no explanation or apology.

What I found strange was the product was available online. I have no idea why they wouldn’t just send it or offer the product or refund.

Will I order it myself? Nope!

Easy and fast delivery. The dress I ordered was in a good quality fabric and sizing was true and as expected. I loved this dress and was so looking forward to wearing it, however it was just not right for me and not at all flattering on. This was no fault of the product! I had to return for a refund, which was processed quickly. Couldn't fault the service or quality of the goods.

They sent me a totally obviously faulty cardigan with a huge pull in the fabric on the front- it would have been completely obvious to the person packing the order. So I asked for an exchange- they agreed, I returned the item promptly. By the time they'd bothered processing my return the item was then out of stock. A total waste of time & money. Also really unhappy they don't refund your delivery cost when they knowingly send faulty items.

I purchased the daisy linen tropical green dress, this dress is beautiful, I cannot wait to wear it, really colourful vibrant and very comfortable. Service was excellent.

I have been waiting 20 days for my order no up dates or replying to my emails i think it's a scam 57 pound down wouldn't bye anything of this if i was you

Fast delivery. Lovely shirt dress at a great price in the sale.
Size 12 pulled slightly across bust, but shifted button a touch and now fine.
A useful dress for our unpredictable summer weather.

Lovely dress which should be a midi but is more a maxi as it didn’t come in petite size so had to pay for an alteration.
Would love to see petite dresses available

Lots of lovely styles to choose from. Affordable, and sale prices are really good. Speedy delivery - a shame that there is no free option but you can't have everything. My only negative is that the trouser lengths are generally very long .. I'm 5ft 8 and the ones I ordered were easily 5 inches too long so I had to return them. (Quick and easy returns as well)

My husband bought two tops they are very small so applied for a refund over two weeks ago , sent several emails and has no correspondence ! I will be taking this further , you don’t even have a number to contact you on ! Not happy at all !!!!

Nicely packaged, easy to order, delivery and return process all good too. Nice dresses.
