I like the bike but I have had to replace the rear wheel twice in less than six months. On both occasions, two of the spokes sheared at the hub. I am a normal 200# man, over 70 so I do not try to do wheelies or take the bike off road. It seems to me that the design of the wheel is faulty. I am now buying wheels elsewhere.

I bought a bike basket. It’s adorable, roomy and strong. The install directions could be clearer - seems to be translated from another language.

The bike came well packed and very easy to assemble. The directions were simple but being an older person all my tool are american measurement in inches and they were calling for metric which caused a little headache. Be prepared. The second thing was there web site was saying something about there plant in California plus I was told by a friend that this bike was built in America which I was looking for but when it arrived the first thing I saw was on the box saying made in Viet Nam ( I hope they were talking about the box ). I am very pleased with the bike but if it is not made in America I would be very disappointed. Most company's would have an American Flag saying made in the USA but their's didn't so I am kind of leery.

Barrage of emails. Zero contact with shop even during operating hours they never answered or returned my calls. I finally cancelled my order.

Received the bike but is full of scratches and the paint that was sent to me makes it look worse.

Not a good job shipping.

Really bad customer communication. After the ten working days I inquired about my order. After a half day of the run around, I was instructed to pick up my bike. I confirmed that I'd be there and the gate was locked and no one responded when I called. I received this survey supposedly after I got the bike. I don't have it.

Please put water bottle attachment on your bikes.

My wife never learned to ride a bicycle so I wanted to get her a single speed coaster bike to keep it simple. I received the bike one day after I ordered. Fast! It was packed very well so there was no damage. Easy to follow instructions for assembly. I rode it around the block a few times and was impressed how easy it was to pedal, unlike the beat up bikes I grew up with. This is a beautiful bike! I have a nice bike but I'm thinking of getting a Firmstrong coaster bike for myself.

Very nice bike. Shipping was as expected. I haven’t rode a bike in about 55 years so it was a relearning experience. When the bike arrived it was packed very well. No defects at all. The bike looks super. I really enjoy riding it. It will go with us when we leave for arizona next week. I don’t do michigan winters anymore. I haven’t had any issues with the bike so i can’t say how firmstrongs service would be, but just from the order process i expect it will be superior.
