Great customer service. Had a bad rear wheel (coaster brake) and Firmstrong sent a replacement and I received it w/in 2 days and no need to return the original. I had also mistakenly ordered 2 of the same accessory and they immediately credited my card after I called them. Will definitely do business again and refer others

I feel I was taken for a ride. Some of the lowest quality I've seen. This was gift for my girlfriend and I hope it doesn't fold in half from under her. Will NEVER AGAIN consider this bike manufacture.

The bike looked so good and well designed on the website. However, when we received the bike it was way too difficult to put together unless you were familiar with bikes. The components on the bike are low quality and the advertisement of a 21 gear bike is a bit overplayed since the drive train is a super low simano Gear set. I would not buy this bike if you are looking for quality made equipment. You can find something better in a shop and it’s already put together.

My wife bought me a Urban for my birthday. I love the bike. I ordered the chrome fenders, they had the shine of a 15 watt light bulb, more of a brushed look instead of a shiny chrome. But for $30 bucks.... it is what it is.

I am really enjoying riding the Bruiser Cruiser with my kids. It is a very comfortable riding position for me (5'10" 190lbs) once I adjusted the seat and handle bars after riding a few times. The chains and bearings feel very smooth while riding. The order arrived on time and was well packaged. Assembly was easy and my kids helped. I plan to have this bike for years to come.

My bike arrived in a well packed box with the back wheel attached and the 3-speed unit was already set well. Super easy to put together and I was rolling. I ordered it with the decals taken off. You can easily see where they were removed. It looks bad. The bike also had some easily visible scratches, too. Annoying but not worth the trouble of returning it. Overall good but not great experience. The bike is cool and seems of good quality. We shall see over time.

My contact with a Firmstrong representative was very helpful and a positive experience. This is the second Firmstrong bike I have purchased (first directly through Firmstrong) in two years. I am very pleased with the quality, style and performance of these bikes. We get "nice bike" comments on our local bike path very often.

I rate 3.5 stars. A few QC issues, but other than that, great bike! Saddle is too spongy. Grips are cheap; the inner trim pieces come off easily. Steerer tube needed a honing for stem to fit. Lock nuts should be used on the fender braces. But mostly, the front wheel was distorted by the way it is affixed to the bike for packaging. Decals won't last, but at least they are removable. Again, minor issues, but a few add up.
