Excellent customer service and a great quality bike!

Bike is better than expected and my expectations were high. The assembly instructions were easy to read. Great bike and exactly what I was looking for.

Thay were very nice on the phone answered all my questions.
My granddaughter wanted a beach cruiser and we wanted her to have a bike with speeds. Firmstrong was the only one that had her size 20”. She loves her bike !!!

Delivery was fast. Some hardware was missing. Still waiting on delivery of parts.

After struggling with vague, undetailed assembly instructions, we have determined that the bike’s wheels are completely jacked up and wobbly. Therefore it is causing big problems in brake assembly. We will have to get the wheels evaluated and will have to adjust the spokes. So very frustrating.

First time ordering from Firmstrong. Love the look and quality of the bike. I feel the price is right as well. Love how you can customize your own bike to make it “your own”. Only issue was putting it together. Not as easy as the customer service person I spoke to told me. Be careful when setting up the seat on your bike. The long pole/shaft piece fell right down the tube of the bike when putting it together. The instructions should have a large warning as to NOT to do this. We couldn’t get the piece back out. Had to bring it to a bike shop. They couldn’t get it out either. Had to rig the bike with another pole for the seat. Now we can’t adjust the height of the seat because of the pole that’s stuck in there. Other than this problem, we really do love the bike. It’s my husband’s (Father’s Day gift), and he’s very happy with it. :)

Seems to be a quality bike. BUT I never received the cup holder that I paid EXTRA for when I custom ordered the bike. I tried to contact customer service with negative results.

It’s a beautiful very nice bike, it’s just too big for me. Your product description says it’s perfect for people 4’5” to 6’. I am 5’5” and it’s TOO BIG so I would suggest it’s perfect for people 5’7” to 6’. I will be returning it. Sorry. That’s been my experience.

Update. Still can get absolutely zero response from customer service. The person I talked to weeks ago (clearly NOT in the US. Maybe India? Heavy accent and lots of roosters crowing very loudly in the background) promised they send a new wheel. Nothing. Zero correspondence. Doubt it will ever ship. What a disappointment.

(Original post). The bike is great, it’s the second one we’ve ordered from them. This newest one came with a bent wheel and trying to get someone at Firmstrong on the phone is impossible. It goes to a call center overseas. The people that answer are very nice but clueless. What happened to the days when you could actually talk to a person at the business you purchased your item from? Why would I want to talk to someone in China or India that has no idea what I’m talking about? Absolutely ridiculous. Go ahead, try calling the numbers on the website. No chance you’ll talk to anyone you actually purchase your bike from. So bottom line, good bikes, just hope you never need any help from the company you bought it from.

I bought the bike with a rear cargo carrier thinking that Firmstrong would send one that would be the best fit for the bike. Not only did the rear cargo not fit but came with missing nuts & bolts. I've forced the cargo to mount to the bike although it is not level to the ground. That aside, the yellow frame & fenders w/ white side walls gets lots of looks as well as comments how beautiful the bike is.

Love the bike but feel misled about it being made in the USA. First sticker I saw said “made in China” Apparently I could’ve bought a Firmstrong bike at Target and saved the shipping from California.
