Great experience!! Having a issue with my steam oven , was quick sorted and replaced.

Adam Smith let me know when he was on his way and the app showed his progress. Our double oven was fixed quickly snd is now working properly.

I have had enough of having non-specialists abuse my kitchen appliances, discovering how to disassemble on my unit ends with something broken - a clip, panel or what have you - every time.
So for my much loved FisherPaykel I was not going to muck about. Within a short time of booking, Ash’ their engineer arrived and he already knew, with 99% certainty, what the issue was going to be. In no time the component was changed, the machine reassembled and he was on his way.
The bill was more perhaps than Mr Local Dodgy-Bodgy would have charged, but I’ve learnt the hard way: in this life you only get what you have paid for.

Jay was great at fixing my freezer which was frosting over. Called Monday, appt and fixed on Thursday. Lovely jubly!

The design of this fridge-freezer is great – lots of lateral space – and Steve and Andrei who installed it could not have been more helpful and professional. I’ve only had the appliance for a few hours, so far so good, and the service has been amazing from start to finish.

Ash did a thorough job trying to locate and reproduce the noise problem on our fridge. Since the noise didn’t happen during his visit, we wait to see if it is fixed or if it occurs again.

F&P’s engineer Chris arrived on time, was very pleasant in his approach, very professional in conduct and completed the repair effectively and efficiently. He gave some very useful advice on how to get the best out of the machine and keep it in good order. He even made a few adjustments to ensure smooth and silent running. A very satisfactory visit and a credit to the company. Well worth the 5* rating.
