Absolute WORST company to deal with. Terrible customer service - often nasty! Their scanner is a piece of JUNK. I wouldn't buy anything from this scam company.

Horrible company!

We purchased our scanner over 3 years ago and as others have stated many times, we were later forced to pay $1200/year to keep our machine functional. Since then we've had multiple issues with the machine that took way too long and cost us more $ than we've seen back as a return on our investment.

Of course, we just get the run around from Patrick now, if we even get a hold of anyone. They got our money for now, but with all the unfair practices they have and how they treat their customers, we will be filing with the FTC and encourage everyone else to do the same. We're part of a decent sized corporation that has partnered with them, but I'm ecstatic to say we're moving away and leaving this one-sided partnership.

Fit3D is not long for this world, it's obvious. The worst company I and many others have ever dealt with.

Been using Fit3D at my gym in combination with personal training since 2021. It’s a fantastic machine/tool to visualize your progress and overall body composition. I just restarted my weight loss journey and had to merge an old account so I can compare the measurements. Marlon Borja From support resolved my ticket within 30min. When the product AND customer service are on top you know you’re in good hands! Highly recommend!
