Absolutely fantastic product. Easy to understand sizing guide and delivery within a week. Easy to fit although instructions were included. Sturdy and secure and now have 4 happy cats enjoying nice breeze. Not expensive to buy but worth every penny to keep my babies safe.

I was made aware of Flat Cats from a facebook group that i belong to (Cat Owners UK). I asked the group about some kind of mesh to put over my windows to stop my indoor cats escaping and numerous replies to my post recommended using flat cats.

I received the items earlier today and they're so easy to put up and well made. I realised that i'd measured the height of 4 of my windows incorrectly so i'd ordered the wrong size. I called up Flat Cats and the Customer Service i received was excellent. The guy i spoke to seemed focused on how to put things right as quickly as possible. He arranged for 4 correct sized meshes to be sent out to me and asked that i post back the 4 incorrect sized meshes in the coming day.

It's not often you come across a company that's so customer focused and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer has a positive experiance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flat Cats to any family or friends in future.

Absolute genius screens for my flat cats! I wish I knew about these sooner, not only do they keep my beautiful furbabies inside and safe, but they keep pesky bugs out!! My big Ginger boy jumped up thinking the windows were open and accessible.. hahaha, what a shock he got!! Test one complete. My Little Ginger girl saw a trapped fly on the inside and clawed at the screen to get it. Screen undamaged!! Test two complete. They fit securely to my window frames, are very well made and designed with quality materials. Finally I have my windows fully open. I've now ordered custom made ones for the bedrooms and kitchen to create a safe and cooler environment. 10/10

I live in a caravan with two house (van) cats - just received and fitted my Flat Cats window screens and now have my windows open for the first time in 3 years!!! Really well made product and super easy to fit. Customer Service was excellent- slight hiccup with delivery as there were two people with the same surname but this was resolved immediately and my package was delivered the next day. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you to Dominic and the Team.

Had issues with a flat cats screen after speaking with domonic a few pictures later he got to the bottom of the issue and rectified it, polite, respectful and customer focused, SUCH a rarity in this day of long phone queues and AI customer bots

Truely a breathe of fresh air

Called up after looking at the website and spoke with Dominic, who was fantastic and understood the concerns we have about opening a window and our indoor cat getting out. He put the order through and we got it within a week, unfortunately had to call back up as we got the measurements wrong. Again Dominic sorted it out, explained it would be another week or so until it would be delivered but we received the new order on the Tuesday (we called late Friday afternoon)
Was easy to put up and now feel relaxed in knowing we can open our bedroom window and now our cat is perfectly safe

Had mine for over a year so thought I would leave a long term review.

I live in a first floor flat. I have a 2 year old Maine coon and these are amazing. Can have the windows open with these in which massively helps when it's hot.

They are very strong and have never had any issues my Maine coon is 6.5kg and she has run at, jumped and hung off of them and they are still going strong. She has clawed at the mesh which but it's absolutely fine it's still not come away or fell apart.

Highly recommend these over other brands if you are worried about your cat getting out of through them these will last!

Very pleased with the purchase of the standard flat cats screens. We are finally enjoying the breeze without having to worry for the safety our cats. Setting up the screens was a no brainer and it took less than 15 mins for three screens. I also want to highlight that we are in the ROI, made the order on a Monday evening and received the screens on the Thursday!

If you are on the fence about whether to get these, then do it! As someone who has been struggling in the heat in a flat with a ragdoll this is an instant game changer to get a breeze. Fantastic customer service and speedy delivery

I cannot recommend Flat Cats customer service enough! I had a real nightmare as the incorrect postcode was included within my shipping address (completely my fault) and after calling Royal Mail and being told they can't re-route and there is nothing they can do, I panicked a little and called Flat Cats to see what we could do. I was met with an incredibly kind man (I didn't get his name) who, instead of letting the screens circulate through Royal Mail's system for weeks before being returned to them and then subsequently re-arranging delivery to me again, is arranging for my custom order to be re-produced and sent out to me all within the next 48 hours. I am so grateful and what with the second round of heatwaves incoming, I know my little cat Mina will be too! It's rare that you experience customer service like this and I will be shouting about Flat Cats from the rooftops and recommending to everyone! Thank you so so so much!

Whilst we have had this heatwave l have wanted to have my window open but being in a first floor flat not possible. The Flat Cat pack arrived on Thursday and was fitted really easily & quickly! I phoned Dominic to see if l could get another delivered for the following day, which he did! I now have both screens up, and it’s cooler and Mabel loves sitting on the window bottom & sniffing the air. Thank you for a cracking invention l can relax again!

I bought one set for my bedroom window to try it out and will probably buy a few more for the other windows. It's super strong, my cat has been fighting it since I've installed it a few weeks ago. The netting is super strong and her claws are no match for it. The velcro too as well as the tape is not going anywhere either. Overall, while the price seems a bit steep compared to other solutions, I fully trust this one to keep my cats in. So easy to install too.

I ordered a screen for my patio doors, it is extremely strong and well made (I have 3 house cats). It fits perfectly and my cat's love looking out on to the garden, and I enjoy letting some fresh air in!
Their customer service is excellent, (especially Dominic who answered all my questions and helped me get the screen just right), it also arrived within a few days of ordering.
It is an excellent solution for anyone in a rented property who is unable to attach a catio to their house. The screen can easily be removed and the tape can be removed with sticky remover (I did wonder if the tape would be strong enough, but it is, and I've no worries about my cats escaping even though one weighs 6kg!).
I would give more than 5 stars if I could as it is an amazing product and their customer service is beyond excellent 😊

This is the second time we have ordered standard size, as we were really impressive with the first order. It is very easy to order, with the website giving clear instructions on how to measure, with the order being received within 3-4 days. Product is extremely easy to install and made of high quality materials (our cat has thoroughly tested them). Everyone we have round has mentioned that they are hardly visible from the outside which is an added bonus. Not only do we have fully confidence that it keeps our cat secure, given the hot weather it has the added benefit of keeping bugs out! It makes us feel safer as it could be a deterrent for burglars given they can't see how they are installed.

My Flat Cat arrived today and installed within minutes of delivery. Custom sizing was spot on!
Very impressed, so have ordered 2 more for upstairs.
