The cabinets arrived when promised, quite rare at the moment. They went together in a very short time and I used wood glue to make a stronger joint as the instructions suggested, and they look good.
The only negative for me was some slight transit damage to a corner of the cabinet and a broken leg, no real noticeable damage to the packaging just a small creasing on one corner. I am sure that this would have been rectified but I repaired them to save time. Maybe there should be some additional protection in the packaging?

Clear easy to use website, good prices and rapid delivery. have used twice and would recommend without hesitation.

We ordered out FPK kitchen following exhausting ourselves trying to find someone who would listen to what we needed. The two Tracey's were so patient with us constantly changing our minds on colour etc. The drawing was provided promptly and quote came in around what we could afford. After ordering the kitchen, everything went to plan with James and Tyler removing our old kitchen in half a day. FPK arranged a skip and a plumber (Nick) who was also very obliging and did a great job. The new kitchen is very nice and we would recommend FPK to anyone considering a DIY or installed kitchen.

Am delighted with the larder cupboard I purchased recently. It was easy to assemble. It’s sturdy, good quality and looks great.

Carcases are made from 19mm high density Chipboard and are very quick to put together. Backboards are 8mm MDF. Doors and Drawer fronts are 19mm MDF. Finish is excellent and the packaging was more than adequate.

The suppliers - flatpackkitchens.co.uk - were very competent and the DX delivery company driver courteous and helpful.

Very poor customer service. Both people I spoke to on the phone are very dismissive and dont answer questions or have knowledge of their products or seemingly the trade in general. Disappointing. I am going to proceed with another company.

Ordered kitchen units and we were given a delivery date as 17/06/2020. Nothing arrived, even though it said to wait until 7pm (we paid a member of staff to wait for the delivery). The next day we called and spoke to Katy, she said she could not find the information and would call back. No one called back, we then called Flat Pack Kitchens and were reassured that it would arrive by 7pm. Yet again no delivery (and further staff costs). On the 19th we had to call again, this time we were told it would arrive today (two days late). It arrived by the afternoon, however one door was damaged and no hinges were supplied. The hinges finally arrived on Friday the 26th - 9 days after they were supposed to be here. Has the company checked back with us to see if we were happy or even if everything arrived? No. Appalling customer service, just kept blaming the courier (DX) I would certainly avoid.

Great product and attractive price. Website mention 4 or 5 days delivery which is not true but that I suppose is caused by Covid pandemic.
Driver forgot about one of the boxes but after a phone call it was delivered the next day.
Overall great deal.

Clear website, fab communication and a really nice lady helped me with a prompt refund.
Really appreciated the service I got.

Order a kitchen , should have been delivered on Wednesday, it wasn’t. Phoned up on Thursday and was told “ we don’t know where it is because the delivery firm that they use had their local substation hit by lightning”. “ with any luck it should arrive today “. I was also told “ if it arrives you can either refuse delivery or accept it and we will reimburse you for the inconvenience “. Kitchen arrived late afternoon. Kitchen fitter had to start on Friday instead of Thursday. Full day wasted. (Not to mention the cost)
Opened a box with one of the drawers in only to find out that it was all damaged at the back.
Still not been offered any sort of recompense

Excellent service, ordered a sample door which arrived in a matter of days, can't wait to order my kitchen from them.

We ordered and received seven Jayline gloss complete kitchen base units. These have been assembled and installed. We are pleased with the results, which make the older wall units look a bit dated. We have now ordered one more small cabinet, to fill a gap left by removing a radiator.
We originally went to Flat pack because B&Q no longer had the sizes we required, due to the lock-down. This did us a favour, so much better, worth the higher price. Recommended.

Received a phone call shortly after ordering online to give me revised options for delivery due to Bank Holiday and actually had slightly quicker deliver than originally specified.
Door colours not quite as advertised, but could have taken the option of a sample if that had been critical. Units went together very quickly and easily, but pre-drilled hinge holes in unit didn't quite line up exactly with the door so had to create a couple of new holes.
Some items, especially ancillaries like hinges, packed in loose boxes with no tape or other sealing, so some risk of damage or loss of smaller items (although I received everything on my order).
