It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Matt Merricks. He is very knowledgable about the lettings market Central Birmingham. He is quick to reply and answer any queries we had.

My property manager, Kirsty, has been nothing but great. She has always responded quickly regarding my queries. Any repair request I ever needed, was actioned the same day or the day after even if it wasn’t an urgent query. The whole team has made renting so easy for me!

We had tried to sell two investment flats in Birmingham with another company and got nowhere, and thought we would have to drop our asking price. BEfore this we decided to try FLeet Milne, they got us several offers at our original asking price, and seemed to have access to a much better data base of buyers as well as being very helfpul and efficient at stages of the sales which followed quite quickly. Corey was excellent through out the process.

When a new tenant reaches out for help and guidance, sending several emails without any response, it’s perceived as poor communication and customer service.
