AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
I would give no stars if it were possible.
I placed an order on 11th June and it is now 28th June and there is no sign of the order being delivered.
The company do not supply any tracking and on my account with them, it states that the order is still being processed. I have sent them three messages which they have ignored.
Maybe they are nolonger trading?
Basically you give your money to this company and they send you nothing in return.

Ordered a new retractable lead but was sent the wrong one, I tried to contact the seller on numerous occasions but was totally ignored, thankfully it was purchased through PayPal and I got my money back, I would avoid this company and buy elsewhere

Awful experience all round and I'm totally bored of this now, ordered a Kong toy in February, paid in full on 21/02/26, as of today (07/05/26) no item received and no refund offered or received, zero communication back from all my emails etc. Thieves.

I ordered 3 items but only two were delivered. The big issue was not the original error, we can all make those! but the complete ignorance of ignoring my attempts to communicate with them through there recognised contact e-mail and website messaging. I will buy elsewhere in the future.

I have brought three, and each lasted 2 months before the tape ripped. Could cause a fatal accident. The third one I tried was with a wire extension lead to protect the cord more, and it still ripped.

Im on my 2nd and it sometimes doesent retract and ends up wrapped round his legs its dangerous ! Wont buy again looking for another company.

These leads are very unsafe had to replace two already and my dog is inly 2 one the cord stuff snapped completely whilst walking along a main road on the path was very scared as he was on the full length of his extender at the time and he just sat and waited for me to pick him up and walk home i was very worried and he isn’t usually off a lead so a heavy walk home and only bought this lead a few

Ago as well at the doggy shop at the garden centre in Wentworth grounds.

Ordered a new lead for my dog, but not yet had my delivery and have tried to contact them but they don’t even bother to reply. Personally I would order from them again

Bought a flexi-lead from a local pet shop and it snapped within 4 weeks. Took it back to the shop and they said to get in touch with Flexi Leads themselves. Emailed the UK address and did not receive a response. Forwarded to the main site in Germany, where I was told that the lead snapping was 'not possible' and was only due to the dog chewing the lead. Even though I stated that the dog didn't chew the lead (the break was 3" from the clasp so how he could chew there while it was on is impossible). They basically called me a liar.

Avoid....

Been over 10 days waiting for lead to turn up, even though it states 5-7 working days, have emailed on numerous occasions asking for eta with no acknowledgement what so ever from them. Wish I read the reviews first, extremely poor customer service. AVOID

Ordered a lead that was in stock and expected to receive confirmation that it would be sent out the next day.
No confirmation received.
4 days later nothing
Have cancelled the order by their contact form.
No way of checking order number as it doesn't set an account up and I can't log in anywhere as it just asks for a password which clearly doesn't exist.
REALLY POOR comms.

My mum brought my dog a flexi lead from my local store when I was away only used it just over a week and it snapped wrote to flexi and would not replace it apparently its 2 year guarantee does not cover it.Dont waste your money on a flexi lead buy a cheaper lead

This company scams customers that buy online. Don’t buy from them, flexi leads are available from other suppliers that deliver a far superior service.

I purchased a Flexi leaf from “Pets at Home” in April this year. It hasn’t been used much throughout the Summer but last month the mechanism failed.
Pets at Home refused to honour the 2 year warranty. I wrote to Flexi in Germany who responded immediately and replaced the lead. Fantastic service. Abysmal service by Pets at Home.

I purchased a Made in Germany FLEXI Giant L 8m lead from Pets at Home, Chichester.
It looked well made and certainly upto the job of taking my German Shepherd x Labrador for long walks. He is only eight months old but very strong and weighs 26 kg. As we were walking along a busy road I could hear the two tones of a Fire Appliance approaching me. We stopped and I got him to sit beside me whilst the appliance passed by. When it had I looked down at my dog only to see him walking off. He had bitten through the lead in one go right by the clip and I never even felt it. There was nothing that came with the lead or on the internet that mentioning that it could be bitten through like that. I decided to inform Flexi by email of the occurrence from a well intentioned customer in case they were not aware, at least they could warn customers. Instead two months later no reply from them. I still use the lead, its just a metre short now but I am annoyed that they could not even respond hence the one star. So beware they are certainly not chew proof.

Ordered a Fexi lead from this company?,it arrived on 6th Sept,looking at it i realised the hand grip was to small for me as i have arthrits and need my full hand to hold on to lead.I phoned them 4 times no answer,i emailed them no reply,i emailed them through Paypal,only PP answered,no help at all.I also signed into the Flexi Lead webb site and filled in a form once again no reply.I sent the item back tracked and signed for cost £4.50..Royal Mail informed me on the 13th Sept,they hd attempted delivery,guess what no one there.This is now the 21st Sept,i believe i have lost my money and also believe i have been scammed fully.
My advice to anyone wanting a new lead for their dog,do not go near this company..

WELL. WHERE DO I BEGIN?!?! It started as a nice summers stroll along Lancaster canal with my sausage dog and me piffting side piece. Whilst walking along in shorts due to the weather being fucki*g fantastic my dog who was being controlled by the FLEXILEAD legged it like a goose had bit his batty and went flying round my partners leg causing a catastrophic injury that can only be described as a laceration Edward scissor hands would be proud of Almost causing a full amputation from the knee down. I’m surprised the swan on steroids I saw in the canal just prior to this major accident didnt nearly get its head took off by a leg flying off. After we had got over this ordeal and she was limping back squealing like a baby pig in pain the FLEXILEAD yet again did nothing to control the rabid dog as he went flying round my legs and did the same thing to me. This lead is a lethal weapon in the wrong hands such as the ones of my sausage dog. Nowhere is there ANY warning to be wearing full PPE including knee pads, helmet and face shield to operate this deadly apparatus. Do not recommend unless you want to lose 2ft of your height or you don’t want legs anymore!!!! We’re both now sat here with the remaining pieces of our legs plastered in bum cream. Not happy.
