Flight centre was good and helpful with reminders for an organised trip. Sadly Malaysian airlines was the down fall…..haven’t used them in years and I mean years but standards have slipped….some of the planes seemed old, the transfer in KL returning from Perth was in a dingy part of the transfer gates, no organisation or information as gates were slow to open and no water fountains in a stuffy waiting area.

Sacha provided excellent customer service from booking all the way through our final flight. Responsive, helpful and knowledgeable.

Jess Nicholls is a star and she’s always been very prompt and innovative when suggesting alternatives to a schedule but more to the point, patient when I come back for more ideas for you to research.
In all the dealings with Flight Centre, you have never put a foot wrong!

Iris was great arranging a trip to Australia with stopover in Singapore. All the information I needed was provided and Iris was very responsive with any questions.

Friendly approachable customer service. We adjusted return flight and added 2 extra nights as this worked out well for more time (which was needed) in Palermo and a much cheaper return BA flight back to UK. Tour was fantastic! Samantha was a gem from start to finish. She listened to our requirements and came back with sound advice and even an alternative which we hadn't even thought about and saved us nearly £1500 in the process and going through a country we have not visited.
