UPDATE: ‘Mellisa has replied with the standard copy & paste reply. It was Melissa that dealt with my case, so lack of details is laughable. Just like their Customer Service….

Despite reporting damaged flooring packs, I was still charged return and restocking fees. I was also given incorrect information about return arrangements, which later changed and caused further inconvenience.

The only resolution offered was a 10% refund (£1.80) on the damaged pack, with repeated references to “policy” rather than a fair outcome. Very disappointing experience and not a company I would recommend.

Outrageous dealings with this company.
Didn't put my order through to warehouse when ordered 15th December
Warehouse didn't load my order onto the van
Called me a liar and said they couldn't find my address not that they didn't load my order
Struggling to get my money back on about day 20 of trying. It's 26th January - no product then no refund being issued as yet - disgrace

The quality of my laminate flooring at the price I got it for is brilliant. It looks really nice and if I need any more laminate flooring in the future I would definitely use this company again. The after sales service was excellent. I had to change my delivery date and this was done immediately without any hassle and the staff member who I spoke to was exemplary and polite. Overall I am delighted with the quality, delivery and after sales service.

Ordered flooring on 7th January,now the 23rd and still not received what I’ve paid for! Twice I have now had the wrong colour of flooring delivered.When you call you can only speak to sales.Customer service is email or a non existent call back! Live chat takes 50 minutes for a 5 minute conversation as they are chatting to more than one person at a time.The structure of this company is evasive and incompetent.Once they have your money you are not worth speaking to!

Second time ordering my flooring from here and couldn’t be happier. Great prices and great quality flooring

My experience with this company so far has been very good, I ordered my flooring and realised I made a mistake and called and they rectified it straight away for me. The delivery itself was fantastic the driver was very helpful as I was at work he placed it inside my house as it was just my daughter at home.

Definitely recommend these guys and will be using again in the future.

I can’t believe I almost paid twice as much for flooring when this was as available.

Ordered three samples of flooring to compare and only received one

Ordered 17 boxes of laminate flooring. Very good quality for the price and looks great. Laminated one large room in 5 hours with no hiccups. Very little waste so didn’t need the recommended 10% safety margin. I counted about 9 different patterns and it was a lot easier when I sorted them, ensuring there were no repeat patterns. The boards lock together nice. On the few occasions where it looked as though I needed to force for the boards together, there was usually some debris in the grooves. I was worried that the insulation supplied and calculated automatically, wouldn’t be enough but in fact I had 80% of a roll spare at the end - so they got their sums right. Overall I’m very impressed with the quality and the service from Flooring Revolution and will definitely be using them again.

I ordered 44 boxes of laminate flooring and the service was great. I had to return a few boxes as ordered too much and dealt with Catherine for the return. She picked up my emails and responded efficiently. She was so helpful and arranged the return at the earliest opportunity. Would defo recommend to family and friends xx

An update on my last review..

After being promised (by Melissa in Customer Service) exceptional service, were I to order again, I continue to be let down by this company.

I was promised that my refund was processed on 5th December - it’s still not in my account.

I asked to speak with a manager today - apparently there is no facility to do this and was promised (by David in Sales) that he would pass on my complaint to Customer Service.

Utterly appalling service! Disgusted!

Samples arrived quickly. Simple process. Great product and service all round! Would recommend.

My experience with flooringrevolution.co.uk is great. Started with ordering few free samples. Then i placed the order which was delivered 2 days before estimated date which was communicated well in advance. Order delivered within the time slot given to me. Delivery service is excellent and driver was friendly. It was heavy pallet but was delivered with care to avoid any damages to the flooring. Pallet was well wrapped to make it waterproof. My order remained in rain for few days outside and there was no water on any box inside. I also paid in installments with no interest which is a plus. Delivery was free over £499 so saved on delivery. Overall my experience has been really good with flooringrevolution.co.uk. thanks for the excellent services.
