My experience with flooringrevolution.co.uk is great. Started with ordering few free samples. Then i placed the order which was delivered 2 days before estimated date which was communicated well in advance. Order delivered within the time slot given to me. Delivery service is excellent and driver was friendly. It was heavy pallet but was delivered with care to avoid any damages to the flooring. Pallet was well wrapped to make it waterproof. My order remained in rain for few days outside and there was no water on any box inside. I also paid in installments with no interest which is a plus. Delivery was free over £499 so saved on delivery. Overall my experience has been really good with flooringrevolution.co.uk. thanks for the excellent services.

I ordered from flooring revolution on 27th November. I communicated with their customer care team who confirmed the number of packs available in the flooring I wanted. I went ahead and ordered that many packs on their website along with underlay and paid successfully and had an order confirmation on 27/11.
Then on the 4/12 I chased to see when the flooring would be delivered as I hadn’t had any communication from the company of the dispatch of my flooring.
Only to be told that flooring isn’t available so they can’t ship it and to choose a different, more expensive flooring. When I suggested I didn’t want to pay any more for the flooring and are they happy to swap for like for like on the flooring I ordered in the Black Friday Sale, they mentioned that there are no like for like flooring options and I’d have to pay the difference!

The issues I have here are:
1) the customer agent told me that they in fact DID have that stock ahead of me ordering it.
2) the website allowed me to order and pay for the flooring
3) there was no communication between me ordering and then chasing on delivery a week later to suggest that the flooring wasn’t available
4) their solution was that I pay more for a different flooring if I wanted any flooring at all.

This is horrendous service and not how to do business. I wouldn’t order from here again unless you’d like to be mis -sold…

Sold me flooring thay they didnt have in stock so now Im waiting 2 months for delivery

I ordered flooring that was due to be delivered towards the end of August. Unfortunately, close to the date, Briony reached out to explain the floor was not in stock. She offered multiple options to resolve the issue. She was polite and professional and prompt to reply to my emails. My floor arrived today and I am so happy with it. Can't fault my experience. 5 star customer service and even though my experience wasn't straight forward they made sure I was happy throughout.

Terrible experience.
Despite taking my money they did not actually have the product in stock.
Upon picking new item they don’t have that either

Called to speak to the person for a refund and their sales team David hung up on me. Terrible service. Avoid.

Lady was brilliant in store very helpful, delivery driver not so good left us to bring carpet in because I live in a flat first floor carpet fitter Adam brilliant as well fitted us in within 2 days of delivery, only down full was delivery driver but unfortunately I will not be using this company again.

I have not built the decking yet but the composite joists look excellent quality. The delivery was quick and I was kept up to date with the order progress. Overall an excellent service.
