I would avoid this company absolutely shocking service and poor communication. Had nothing but issues with my order and I had to chase them for replacement, a refund and collection of their damaged flooring. No respect for their customers caused me nothing but stress and wasted my time by promising delivery of my replacement flooring 4 times and it never arrived. Absolutely disgusting service
We will never deal with this company. The goods we ordered were not delivered and we tried for 4 months to get refund from and still trying. Every time we ring, they acknowledged the refund is due but never processed it. Customer service is poor, never returned calls or answered our emails.

Absolutely shocking . Placed order 10/02/26. Took my money via debit card. No communication after taking payment, no confirmation of order or invoice. Called company 5 times, could not find me on system, on the phone on each occasion spent 10 mins answering same questions, could not find me on system. Promised to call me and e-mail me back, nothing, promised to refund money, nothing. Portrayed typical 'scammer' behaviour. Took the money and no contact since. 2 Months, no goods or refund. Please avoid company. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Following my review, Company alleged that they can't find my order, it's because they never gave me a reference when they took my money, As I said I called many times for them not to find me, it's typical behaviour which experienced. They have refunded my money. They found me when they wanted to. Systems need complete overhaul.
Please stop wasting my time now, you have wasted enough of it already.

Order 161981 > The item bas been delivered. However, adhesive which we ordered were stale and 1/3 of it are dry.
We reached out to customer service to share the above. Anna Sanders was really helpful in assisting us, I am very grateful for the support she has been providing to us.

Shame I can’t mark it down as negative stars, absolute worst customer service ever, was told 5 times it would be out for delivery the next day only for nothing to show up wasting my precious annual leave, called and spoke to them several times to be told I’d get an email explaining the issue, email never arrived, was told 4 times someone would phone me back, again never to receive a call, took just under 1 month for me to actually receive my delivery after many false starts and promises, even taking into account Christmas leave it was still awful awful service, I could accept that if I’d been given one delivery day and it turned up on that day but to be told on 5 occasions it will be out for delivery tomorrow only to be told it wasn’t even in stock was truly abysmal, wish I’d have looked at the recent reviews seems to be a pattern developing!!

I WAS ASDURED THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED BEFORE CHRISTMAS THIS WASNT THE CASE! EXPLAINED I WANTED A REFUND OVER A WEEK AND A HALF AGO! They are dishonest
Defective product. Non existent replacement delivery. Hopeless. After ordering a few meters of marmoleum for a kitchen in plenty of time, the product turned out to be cracking at the edges when opened by the installer. I have waited in two whole days with endless phonecalls for a replacement allegedly on a DX delivery van which I am unable to call or track. I have been given fictitious 'delivery windows', and I am still waiting. This has led to builders being stood down and delays in the completion of the project in the period before Xmas. I feel totally let down.
Update December 30th.... I am still awaiting refund.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been very disappointing.
I requested samples 2–3 weeks ago for a large commercial project involving the fit-out of nine dental surgeries across two floors (approx. 4,000 sq ft). After multiple follow-ups, I was given several different explanations — first that delays were due to Black Friday demand, then that samples would arrive by the end of the week, and later that samples are not sent by the company at all but by suppliers.
Despite repeated assurances that this would be chased and resolved, no samples ever arrived, and no proactive update was provided. As a result, my project has been delayed and planned pre-Christmas delivery is no longer possible.
What is most frustrating is not the delay itself, but the lack of clarity and consistency. Had I been told at the outset that samples could not be supplied or that lead times were uncertain, I could have made alternative arrangements and avoided losing valuable time.
The products may be good, but communication and follow-through were poor, which is critical on time-sensitive commercial projects.
