Wrong blades
Good afternoon, annoyingly I got sent 5packs of concave blades instead of the straight blades I ordered but I trusted they were right without checking on delivery......if there is a next time need check.....school boy error

Unfortunately, this was a case of human error within our warehouse and the wrong packs were picked for your order. As soon as we were made aware of the mistake, we rectified it immediately and sent the correct blades out on a next working day service.
Mistakes can occasionally happen, but we will always do our best to put them right as quickly as possible when they do.
We apologise again for the inconvenience caused and hope everything was resolved to your satisfaction.
Cannot get refund for items that were discontinued
Placed an order for some carpet tiles which I was then informed a few days later that the product was no longer available. I requested a refund and am yet to receive it, it's been over 4 weeks now.

We can confirm that the refund has been processed from our side and, by now, this should have reached your account. Unfortunately, once a refund has been processed, the time it takes to appear back in your account is determined by the banks and payment provider and is outside of our direct control.
If the funds are still not showing, please get in touch with our team and we will be happy to provide confirmation of the refund so that this can be investigated further with your bank.

I’ve looked into your order, and it was shipped on a next-day delivery service from our warehouse. Unfortunately, it appears there was a delay with DX in transit, which is sadly outside of our control once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Communication takes forever, wait days for reply, that's if you get one. Order did not arrive, though text said it had and had been signed for, though it had not! Seriously, go elsewhere.

However, when an issue involves a courier investigation, we are reliant on DX providing us with the relevant information and updates before we can give you an accurate response. Unfortunately, the timescale of these investigations is outside of our direct control.
