Super white, textured feature cork wall

After receiving various cork tile samples from Bricoflor I opted to purchase Granorite Decodalle County Ivory White tiles for a wall in my new extension. I needed something with character and, hopefully, accoustic properties to reduce the crisp, sterile sound that a newly constructed room might have.
The tiles look great and I would love to attach a photo, however they are masked by packing boxes for now and a photo will follow once the "warehouse" has become a living room. I over ordered and need to find another area in which to use the remaining tiles. Delivery was quick and ordering simple.

Lasku tuli,tapetti ei

Tilasin tapettia josta tuli lasku välittömästi. Hetken päästä tuli sähköposti,etteivät pysty toimittamaan tilaamani tapettia,tarjottiin kahta erilaista mallia tilalle. Mielelläni valitsen kyllä itse mallin,joten laitoin kokonaan uuden tilauksen. Tästäkin tuli lasku,enkä pystynyt hyödyntämään alekoodiani,jota olin käyttänyt ensimmäistä tilaustani tehdessäni. No ,se oli pienin murhe,sillä tätä ensimmäistä laskua ei poistettu,vaikka olen viisi sähköpostia laittanut asian selvittämiseksi. Kaikeksi onneksi käytin Klarnaa ja ottamalla sinne yhteyden sain tämän laskun tauolle,niin pitkäksi aikaa kun Bricoflor suostuu vastaamaan. Infopuhelimeen vastaa automaatti saksaksi,ja siinä kehoitetaan laittamaan sähköpostia,vaikka numero on Suomeen. Korvaava tapetti tuli tosi nopeasti kotipihalle ja siinä ei ole mitään moitittavaa. Miksi kehoitetaan ottamaan infoon yhteyttä jos on kysyttävää,kun monista yrityksistä huolimatta tiedusteluihin ei vastata? Miksi kiirehditään laskun lähettämisessä,kun ei tiedetä pystytäänkö tilausta toimittamaan?

Good product at reasonable price. Customer service is excellent and an actual person at the other end of the line to sort out any problems. Thanks, will come back again.

Absolute headache

Order a a chocolate/dark brown but upon opening is black/charcoal. Nothing like the picture advertised. It has taken from the 09/05/2026 to the 10/06/2026 a whole month to get my refund. I personally would avoid this website it really is not worth the stress.

CONS-
• Picture didn't match website.
• Delivery delayed due to import fee not being payed.
• Initially they didn't reply to my emails until I made a bad review on here.
• Attempts of return failed.
• Over a month waiting to get money back

PROS-
• The guy on there customer service help line was polite.

Ultimately they are not a scam and with a lot of chasing will resolve your problem it may take some time. However there are better alternatives that provide fast delivery and no fuss returns .

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and would like to clarify the full situation for transparency.

Firstly, we did not ignore your emails. After receiving your initial message and image, we responded promptly and explained that it was not clearly possible to confirm a colour discrepancy based on the photo provided. We therefore requested additional images so we could investigate this properly with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further images at that stage.

We also strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order, as colours and shades can appear different depending on lighting conditions, screen settings, and surrounding décor. In this case, no sample was ordered prior to purchase.

Regarding the mention of customs delays, we would like to clarify that all import duties and customs charges are covered by us, and customers are not required to pay any additional fees on delivery.

With regard to the return and collection process, this unfortunately involved several logistical delays on the courier side, which did extend the resolution time. However, after investigation and coordination with the courier (Parcelforce), the collection has now been successfully completed and the products have been returned to us.

We can confirm that your refund has now been fully processed today.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused throughout this process, particularly the delays experienced with the return collection. While this was not a straightforward case due to courier complications, we are pleased it has now been successfully resolved.

Unsuitable for large areas due to tile size variance

Be warned: Cork tiles sold as 300mm X 300mm have up to a 5mm variance, and Bricoflor think that's acceptable. The variance made it impossible to lay in a straight line without gaps, and has resulted in some tiles peeling up as they don't sit flush side by side. The professional fitters I hired had a nightmare. It took twice as long as similar sized jobs they've done, and they were unhappy that the end result wasn't up to their usual excellent standard due to no fault of their own. I wrote to complain and was first asked to provide evidence of the variance, which was easy I found 3 different sizes on the first row of tiles) Then I was told that I should've measured the tiles before laying (all 700 of them!) then I was told that that amount of variance was normal (all of the professionals I spoke to said that was rubbish) Then they asked me to confirm how many of the laid tiles differed in size. I persevered, and eventually several weeks and 6 emails later, they offered me a small amount of compensation, which I accepted as I was just sick of the whole thing. They paid part of it and when I politely enquired where the rest was, I was told that they had made a mistake in their previous email confirming the compensation amount and so they wouldn't be honoring that. I gave them one last chance to put it right, and reinforce a bit of confidence in their services, and they declined.

Cork is a natural material, and slight dimensional tolerances can occur as part of the manufacturing process. That said, we do understand that this led to difficulties during installation in your case, which is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.

As part of our efforts to resolve the matter, we worked closely with the manufacturer and, as a gesture of goodwill, arranged a compensation payment of £400, which has been processed in full. We also regret the earlier administrative error regarding the communicated amount and any confusion this may have caused.

We understand that this has been a lengthy and frustrating experience, and we are sorry that we were not able to reach a resolution that fully met your expectations.

We do hope, however, that the matter can now be considered fully closed from a resolution perspective.

I sent two emails last week (on Wednesday and Thursday) regarding a return for a box of cork tiles and a 1-liter bottle of varnish. I received no response, so on Friday, I called customer service. The guy I was talking to assured me that they would arrange the return and inform me when the delivery person would come to pick up the items. Of course, I haven't received anything.

I hope someone will respond to this review and help me receive the service I need.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Also, I would like to alert potential customers if they read the reviews before ordering something from this company: they charge a 20% restocking fee even if the products are unopened.

Ostin boordia valmiilla liimapinnalla tapetoidun seinän koristeeksi ja kyseinen boordi irtoili seinästä jo parin päivän päästä. Bricoflorilta väittivät tehneensä testejä heidän päässään ja etteivät kokeneet tarttuvuudessa ongelmaa. Näin ollen eivät suostuneet hyvittämään mitään.
Eli siis huonolaatuista tavaraa halvalla ja huonoa asiakaspalvelua reklamaatioiden hoidossa.
Ei jatkoon.

Hankalaa

Tilasin kuukausi sitten 7,5 litraa maalia.sain vain osan maaleista ja kun kyselee sähköpostilla lopun maalin perään niin ei saa vastausta.asiakaspalvelu on vain saksaksi ja huonoksi englanniksi. UPS kautta olen yrittänyt kysellä mutta sanotaan vain että tulee kun he noutaa tilauksen,tai selvitä bricoflorin kanssa.eli asian selvittäminen on mahdotonta.

En suosittele!!

Tilasin viisi tapettinäytettä noin 10 euron hintaan. Reilun kahden viikon päästä tuli kaksi näytettä. Eilen aamulla laitoin sähköpostia, jos saisi loputkin, eivät vielä ole vastanneet. 09-suuntainen puhelinnumero ei ole käytössä. En missään nimessä tilaa täältä yhtään mitään. Ja toisin kuin Bricoflor vastineessaan väittää, näytteet on tilattu suoraan heiltä. Heidän kannattaisi lueskella myös sähköpostejansa ja tarkistaa 09-alkuisen puhelinnumeronsa toimivuus.
