Schatex Simply soft carpet tiles
The Bricoflor samples service is well worth using as the real thing is much better than the screen colour. You get credited back with the cost on the subsequent order using a code supplied with the sample. Quick delivery on chosen tiles order. Happy to recommend Bricoflor.

Easy to order, paper arrived on the fifth day.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to track the order and there were no updates from the delivery company, so unable to leave the house due to things having gone missing when left with neighbours in the past.

Unfit for use cork flooring
Delivery was super quick, however the floor is unfit for purpose (cork flooring range) being uneven on delivery and completely impossible to lay without edges lifting despite an experienced fitter being used. Aftercare advice was dire, being advised to lift and add more glue (within 40 mins of being laid) compounding an already bad situation. Request for more help a few minutes later, was advised there was no one able to help as they’d left for the day (4.15pm) and to email in! Left with floor covered in sticky, wet glue, a stack of tiles which are unusable, 2 young kids to play the floor is lava/ glue with and an unusable bathroom. I was refunded swiftly, which I’m grateful for. I’d honestly avoid this company or at the least their cork flooring.

Ordering was so easy & the company & wallpaper are great.
But the delivery driver ups left it in a bin outside our house.
No email or note to say it had been delivered. Fuming as1 roll was so wet we couldn't use it .
But that's down to the company . So I would like to give a 5 star for bricoflor

I would definitely recommend Bricoflor to anyone. Any questions can be emailed to them and you get an answer straight away. The carpet tiles were packaged so well and look really nice. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company at this point. I placed an order for flooring but delivery has been scheduled and failed four times. Each time it has failed they have not taken action until I have contacted them. Then they have rescheduled the delivery without checking my availability so it has caused considerable inconvenience over the past two weeks. I am very unsure at this point whether I will receive the flooring at all.
Have updated as now received my order.
