Ordered a wallpaper sample 10 days ago and still haven't received it. It hardly instils any connfidence in them fulfilling a full order before our decorator leaves site at the end of this week. Looking elsewhere now.

First ordered a carpet tile sample (which I knew came from Germany) and that took weeks to arrive. I then completed my first order and again, it took well over a week (following payment) that I received a tracking number despite reassurance from bricofloor that my order would be in stock and swiftly processed. It's just not good enough a service and they should communicate these delays better to avoid disappointed customers.

This company provides excellent service and products too. We have ordered from them a number of times and always received first class service.

I ordered wallpaper that was shown as "in stock" and then found it was coming directly from Germany, which I considered misleading. The paper was poorly packed and the box was delivered broken. Also the product didn't seem like previous vinyl papers I'd encountered. However, when hung on the walls, it proved to be far better than expected - and the professional decorators I used said it was the easiest and quickest (to hang) wallpaper they had ever used. In fact, one of the men wanted to get some for his own home. If you like wood-effect wallpapers, you could do a lot worse than buy AS Creation 30043-4 from Bricoflor.

Absolutely dreadful company to use or deal with, DO NOT USE. Firstly the order was placed told it was 2-3 working days- 2 weeks later still not delivered but money taken. Called to enquire where it was. Lady was very sketchy, saying they didn’t have the address but the address on the invoice sent to me 2 weeks prior was correct. She told me it would be delivered today, it’s not! Just called and got the same excuse that they don’t have the correct address then she hung up Domt use them ever, the high street is dying because of people like this.
